We appreciate that Les is extremely professional, and he's detailed in explaining the differences between models, costs, etc.. He is the most knowledgeable BMW salesperson we've ever met. He does an outstanding job of explaining the basics and the bells and whistles, and has never made us feel rushed, nor pushed us to make a decision.
