He listened to what I was looking for and tried to find the exact vehicle with options I wanted and looked for every savings I could get. At the dealership, it was very easy transaction. He did not stop there. After my purchase, he called me several times and asked me if I had any questions or if there were anything he could do. From my previous experiences, sales person normally just sent an automatic email informing he/she was there to help. But, Ivan actually called me in person and wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my vehicle.
