From the moment I walked in the door, I felt important and I love my salesman Leo. He wasn’t pushy and he took his time with me as I found the perfect card with everything I wanted. Carlos, the BMW Genius is great also. The finance was a breeze, I got approved in under five minutes. After I purchased the car, Leo called to ensure everything was good. He listened to what I was looking for and tried to find the exact vehicle with options I wanted and looked for every savings I could get. At the dealership, it was very easy transaction. He did not stop there. After my purchase, he called me several times and asked me if I had any questions or if there were anything he could do. From my previous experiences, sales person normally just sent an automatic email informing he/she was there to help. But, Ivan actually called me in person and wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my vehicle. I had a question regarding a small stain on the front bumper, he informed to bring it in, so that he could take care of it. Great experience oval all!. More
