We dropped off our vehicle for a simple repair that is to take less than 24 hours. Replace the turn signal switch. They had our vehicle for 12 days and no work was ever completed. They ordered the wrong part and we were told 12 days later after we repeatedly called them everyday. The service department never calls you with updates and then they never call back... the part they needed to order that they claimed they could not find, and would charge us $200 we found in 3 minutes online, an original OEM part, for less than $50. We decided to pick up our car yesterday with no completed work so we can do it ourselves. We were charged a diagnostic fee and a $10 misc training fee. Totalling over $210. A $10 misc training fee? I also inquired to have a loaner car, which I desperately needed after over 12 days with no car. The loaner program is only for customer's who purchased their car from their dealership. Which I had. And they did not have anything available for me. That was also a burden in addition to the lack of communication, and no work being done. I do not recommend the service department. If you purchase a car from them, don't expect a loaner car and don't expect quality work on your vehicle. Read the reviews, there're enough warnings. What a waste of time and money for our family. Such an inconvenience. More

We recently bought a used car from Larson which we love. Unfortunately, there were teenager settings on the car/infotainment system. We stopped by to see if we could get the setting removed, but we didn't Unfortunately, there were teenager settings on the car/infotainment system.
