Service department is terrible. They don’t communicate with customers. The shop was ultimately unable to fix my air ride suspension on an 06 escalade. Now I have $2300 in new air shocks and a compressor that don’t function properly. After 2 weeks I came in and picked up the truck to take it to another shop that has the ability to fix it. I was lied to by the service advisor on part arrival times and when technicians would be available to work on my truck. I will never do business with nor recommend any Larson locations to anyone. More
Makenzie had noticed I was waiting a long time. And she went out of her way to check the progress of my car. In fact several times. I noticed she did the same for others that were waiting. Not blowing cold air. I had it in previously to recharge but that didn't fix it. The only complaint I have is they didn't start working on my car until 2hours after my appointment time and I was waiting in shop. They had trouble diagnosing my car. After many tests finding all was good. They added dye to the recharge and discovered a leak. Said I had a bad vaporizer core. I guess I have one more complaint. They said it would be $4,300 to replace it. I googled it and it said the charge should be expected to be $1,400 to $1,800 that's parts and labor. I commend them for not charging me for the diagnosis being I waited 4 and a half hours. But it would have been good to have the dealer repair it. Not at that price. I always have had good service there. I do realize dealerships are always more expensive. That seems excessive. More
It was an absolutely amazing experience working with Larson Cadillac. The General Manager even came out to make sure we were taken care of properly. Larson Cadillac really cares about the customer! They do not answer the PHONE ! !!!! They DO NOT RETURN MESSAGES at all. Service Department had order parts that were on back order,they said they would call us when they came in. A !!!! After two and a half months I drove in to ask if they got the parts yet and guess what they were in for a month. I reminded them they were supposed to call us so we could schedule a appointment . When we took the car in to get it fixed we dropped it of early, then we got a text message that we missed our appointment and needed to re schedule. Then no one would answer the phone and no one responded to the text message we sent to tell them had the car!!!! Already. Like I said the only help we could get was from the sales phone receptionist. And she finally got the sales manager to help. No I wouldn't recommend your No service department . They apparently do good work on cars but that's it !!!!! More

I believe they do not care about their customers based on the lack of communication they suffer from. know. I will not return to this dealership.
