Never in our time of owning cars have we had the problems we have had with Cadillac - don't know if it's just the model of car and or the management at Larsen - or what! A number of people told us they woul we have had with Cadillac - don't know if it's just the model of car and or the management at Larsen - or what! A number of people told us they would never again shop at Larsen. We've had the car in several times the problem hasn't been fixed; fixed but then another problem; over and over since ownership. I don't like being so negative, but it's time away from us having to bring car in, go get a loaner, return....over and over! More

Went to pick up the car - said she was going to set the password!! Didn't happen - now I have to go back over there - AGAIN!!! At least she was honest prior to appointment - saying it was easy to set - o password!! Didn't happen - now I have to go back over there - AGAIN!!!
