I wanted to write to amend my review. Although I'm still unhappy with how my sales person treated me, I do want to say that after submitting negative feedback to GM Cadillac, the NEW general manager (Chad Mayer) contacted me and has since then completely rewritten my deal and has gone above and beyond to rectify the situation. He was appalled after hearing my story and was very clear that this is not how he plans to run the dealership. When I'm in the market for a new car, I will be going back to Chad as he completely understood my frustration and agreed that it should never have happened.
