Kim was very helpful. My wife and I were undecided between a Cadillac CTS and a Merceds Benz E350 recommended through USAA Purchasing Service. Kim arranged to get the Mercedes from Larson Mercedes Be between a Cadillac CTS and a Merceds Benz E350 recommended through USAA Purchasing Service. Kim arranged to get the Mercedes from Larson Mercedes Benz Tacoma so we could do a side by side comparison at Larson Cadillac SAAB. When we decided to take the Mercedes Benz, Kim was able to close the deal rather than directing us back to the original dealership. We had a quoted, certified price from USAA, which was very reasonable and there were no questions asked. Kim was most helpful throughout the process. More
It was a standard dealership experience, took 4 hours, good thing we knew what we wanted already. the salesman was not as knowledgable as he could have been. good thing we knew what we wanted already. the salesman was not as knowledgable as he could have been. More

Everyone of the staff were courteous and knowledgeable about the produc then I have had in the past. I was not pushed to buy something I didn't want. Everyone of the staff were courteous and knowledgeable about the product they were selling. From Jeff in management , Mike in sales, Mike in Finance to Christine teaching us the Cue System. I love my ATS and couldn't be happier with the service I received at Larson Cadillac. To many years of friendship in the future... More
I bought a hummer 6 months ago and went to trade it in and after 5 hrs of xx they informed me that when they sold me the car they had robbed me by about $12,000. So a $35,000 car was now worth only $23,00 and after 5 hrs of xx they informed me that when they sold me the car they had robbed me by about $12,000. So a $35,000 car was now worth only $23,000 . I put 20,000 down on this car ..they are just typical of car lots taking advantage of the public. Man watch yourself if you go here... More
This dealership makes the buying experience miserable, with the exception of Nick my salesperson. His hands were tied my Larsen management. I leased a new fully optioned CTS Coupe that had to ordered from with the exception of Nick my salesperson. His hands were tied my Larsen management. I leased a new fully optioned CTS Coupe that had to ordered from the factory because of all the options I wanted.(the car is fantastic!) Listed below are the main items that will not have me going to any Larsen dealership again with the exception of turning the CTS in at the end of the lease. If you haven't heard ALLY BANK charges $2500 as a "service fee" if you want to purchase the car. My friend that leased an Escalade...got his dealer to absorb the fee to keep the deal alive and a dedicated customer. I asked, no way, blame Ally again. 1) Was called back two weeks after signing that a mistake had been made on my lease. They need to redo it and the payment will increase $86/month. Told the finance mgr I would have to contact my Attorney. Jose called back 10 minutes later to say "I won". They would eat the difference. Unprofessional, nobody Won, just fill out the paperwork right the first time. 2) Temporary plate expired. Got pulled over in Ruston. Immediately called dealer (Friday) and they said they sent it weeks before. It magically appeared FedEx the next day. The paperwork with it was months old. (Sounding familiar from another review?) 3) I unknowledgeable on options. I had to do most of the research as to what could or could not be ordered together. 4) Poor explanation of lease details (blamed Ally) still feel I got ripped off at over $900/month with a 900 pt credit score and a ultra low mileage 36 month plan. 5) Black Diamond optional paint surface scratched all over the deck lid at delivery. Oh, they would take care of it with a 3rd party. Drop car off, it would take all day. I buffed it out myself. 6) My car finally delivered (had to call for shipment status multiple times) and I was told to come down at 10 am to sign the paperwork and take delivery. Well Jose was busy, I sat around and finally got out of there past 1 pm. Being in sales/mkt/customer service for 3 decades I look to be treated like I would, or have treated my customers. I felt everyone in this dealership was under tremendous pressure from Larsen Management to produce. They were also way to concerned about the rating and surveys that would be sent out about my buying experience. I'll be in the market for another Cadillac in 30 months, I'm trying Brotherton this time. I'm also shopping now for a Range Rover Evoque. I WILL be using dealerrater.com to check this time! More
Consistent is how I would describe my experience with Larson Cadillac. Consistently ignored and consistently received poor service. It all started with a call from the dealership regarding an issue wit Larson Cadillac. Consistently ignored and consistently received poor service. It all started with a call from the dealership regarding an issue with my lease contract and that I needed to come in to sign a new one. I came in on a Saturday to do so and was then told that I needed to make a payment because one was due. I was told that could make this payment through the dealership but that I had to call them on Monday to do this. I called and left messages on Monday, Tuesday and then on Wednesday finally spoke to someone else in finance. I gave this person my payment info and asked for a confirmation of when/if my payment was received by the leasing company. That wasn’t the end of that situation and will get back to it later. A week passed and I realized that I had not received my plates or a call confirming that my payment was processed. So a week later on the following Saturday after signing the new lease, I called and spoke to the sales person who originally helped and told him I wanted to get a status of my plates and payment, he said that he would call me back. Come Monday no call back, I might have called and spoke to someone else on Sunday but I am not sure. My temp dealer tags expire on that Wednesday so called on Monday and left another message with yet another sales person of my situation and didn’t receive a return call. On Tuesday I escalated to a sales manager explained to him my situation and he said that he would have someone call me back shortly. I expected there would have been some hand off to the person who called me back but that didn’t happen. I received a call and after the standard customary greetings, “Hi this is so and so from Larson Cadillac”, “Hi so and so” after a few seconds he then states “ok, so I’m returning… your call”. I explained my situation yet again and after a few minutes he stated that the plates were on-site and that he would overnight them to me. That was Tuesday and next day came and my plates never arrived so my temp tags expires so I had to scramble to figure out how to get to my park-n-ride on Thursday and Friday. On Thursday there was a FedEx note on my door requiring a signature for release or pick up. Since I didn’t have a legally registered car, I had to arrange a ride to FedEx on Saturday to pick up my plates. I was expecting to see on the FedEx envelope a ship out date of the day I spoke to “so and so” but it was actually the day after. So I’m not sure if “so and so” forgot to ship the plates out or if plates weren’t actually on site like he said they were. Now to get back to my payment situation. The same day I picked up my plates I received a letter from the leasing company that I needed to send them my first payment because they haven’t received it yet. I called the leasing company and they said they had just received my payment that Wednesday, 2 weeks after I was told by the finance person at Larson Cadillac that my payment would be processed. And there you have it. More
After having an iffy experience at Brotherton Cadillac in Renton. We found Larson via the Costco car services. My husband went online, ended up contacting them. He was able to test drive a few vehicles... and overall felt very satisfied with their friendliness and knowledge. So we went there as a family to see a certain vehicle, it sold before we got there and Rick showed us the next best... After all said and done, we were able to trade-in our 2006 Envoy and get a sweet 2008 Cadillac Escalade. Rick took me around the entire place introducing us to everyone. Everyone was ULTRA friendly... I have NEVER had service this great in my life! I'm hoping everything works out with this vehicle. We are already planning to go back when we are ready to purchase our 2nd vehicle. Many, many, many THANK YOU's to the Larson of Fife team!! More
Shaun was eager to earn our business and at first seemed very willing to work with us on things we wanted for our vehicle. He quoted us one number for our lease pay off and it ended up being more. When co very willing to work with us on things we wanted for our vehicle. He quoted us one number for our lease pay off and it ended up being more. When confronted, he stated, "Well, your monthly payment didn't go up so what does it matter. You and I both know you're not going to buy this car." He then promised a gift certificate to a restaurant of my choice. When confronted he said he was "trying to put out a fire." and instead said "If you rate me perfect, I'll give you a gift certificate to Stanley and Seaforts." I told him I wasn't rating him perfect because it was not a seamless experience. I talked to Joe the used car manager and he promised to get back to me, which he never did. I left a voicemail for Shaun regarding the gift certificate that he allegedly would mail to me and he won't return my calls. Once we signed papers, the customer service went out the door and the discrepancy in the numbers were to my disadvantage. I feel like the lease terms were misrepresented and neither Shaun, Joe or the finance manager has returned my calls or emails. If I didn't love my car, I would have returned it. More
Dec 21 purchased a vehicle from this dealer. Traded in 95 Saab Areo was told it was only worth 3500 because they don't keep cars with 111k the salesman was Shawn. Two weeks later they were selling my car for Saab Areo was told it was only worth 3500 because they don't keep cars with 111k the salesman was Shawn. Two weeks later they were selling my car for $10,000. They will lie to you. As part of the promise they owe me several item for the car I purchased, after a week passed, I called them several times left messages for the finance manager Jeff and the Salesman Shawn, no one ever called me back. So I went to the dealership, promises promise but it's been almost a month and they still have not fullfiled there end of the deal. Don't bother writing Rob Larson Jr because he won't respond either, as I have already done that. After going to the dealership twice, still no help. Stay away, they lie and lie. I have also had my Saab serviced here and always had to return to get the repairs repair. I now have a Audi and I am so glad I never have to deal with this dealership again. I was the only Saab dealer in the area! More
