GM discontinued a module essential to running my and millions of other cars. But there is nothing that can be done. You have a person that is your service manager, Ken he is one of the single best peopl millions of other cars. But there is nothing that can be done. You have a person that is your service manager, Ken he is one of the single best people I have ever ran into in the auto industry. He went way beyond just trying to help me. They do not answer their telephones. My car was done by 11:30. And no one called me until almost 5:00. Unacceptable! I tried many times during the afternoon to get through to the service department, but all I could do was leave voice-mail. Which was never returned. I even called the sales department in hopes of being able to actually speak to a live human being. The gentleman who eventually answered the phone said that he would pass my message along. I do not know if he did or not, but how hard would it have been to walk across that driveway to find out if my car was done. It would avetaken him 5 minutes. And when I was there it did not look like any customers were beating down the door to buy a car. His behavior was selfish and rude. More
