I have had an Cadillac Escalade since 2005, and recently moved to Puyallup, WA. The service I received at this dealership was not what I would expect from a Cadillac service department. I made my appointm moved to Puyallup, WA. The service I received at this dealership was not what I would expect from a Cadillac service department. I made my appointment well in advance. Took my escalade in to have the AC repaired. They had my vehicle for 9 days. Did not offer me a ride back to my house, nor offer me a loaner vehicle. They first said they would call me by end of day on the day I dropped it off. No call. I called the next day, left a message and did not receive a call back for 2 days. They then proceeded to tell me what the diagnosis was and vehicle would be ready by Friday. Again, I called on Friday mid-day. No returned call. The following Monday I called again. No response. On Tuesday, I finally got a hold of someone and the proceeded to tell me exactly what the service person told me the previous week. He indicated that the vehicle had not been repaired yet and was scheduled for the following day. Really!!!! I finally got my vehicle on the 9th day. When I went to pick it up, they handed me the bill, which was $395 more than what they quoted me. Said it was to run the diagnostic's and that the repair was separate. Then handed me my keys and said vehicle was parked in the parking lot and pointed me in that direction. Again Really!!! Never in those 9 days did I ever speak to the actual service manager (Kenneth), only whoever was manning their receptionist desk. I even left specific messages for Kenneth. Even more disappointing was not offer to give me a ride, nor offer a loaner vehicle. I have always had my Cadillac vehicles serviced with a Cadillac dealership, mainly in CA. This was my first experience with a PNW dealership and I have to say it was very disappointing. When you spend $90K for a luxury vehicle, I would expect 5-star service. I wish I had had a better experience. More

They don’t answer the phone when you call at the service department. When you go in at a certain time to either pay for vehicle pick up or turn it in for service both times for me no one was there in the of department. Poor customer service in service dept, sat in a non customer friendly waiting area. Job was supposed to take an hour to rest computer after waiting 3-1/2 hours finally went to service desk for them to customer friendly waiting area. Job was supposed to take an hour to rest computer after waiting 3-1/2 hours finally went to service desk for them to tell they had issues figuring it out and that was why it took so long. Told them I was only paying for the hour services fee which was outrageous at $195 plus tax. Waiting area had no water no coffee and tv turned off. I’ve been to Honda and ford service centers and they are very welcoming to customers waiting for service. Coffee, tea food and tv More
I took my cadillac into Larsen’s in Fife for an oil change and there were a few recommended repairs needed. 1 being replacing my radiator. I decided not to get the recommended work done at the time and change and there were a few recommended repairs needed. 1 being replacing my radiator. I decided not to get the recommended work done at the time and picked up my car. Unbeknownst to me, my radiator had no antifreeze. There was fluid when I dropped it off and there were no indications of a radiator leak prior. Clearly the service dept emptied my radiator and neglected to refill it before I picked it up. I hadn’t driven 5 miles before my car overheated on the freeway. Once I had the inconvenience of waiting on the side of the freeway on a hot sunny day during peak time for road service to fill the radiator my car ran perfectly fine afterwards! More
