I have been coming to this dealership for several years and I understand the difficulty of finding workers at this time, considering all of this, while it was not the service I have become used to from Lar and I understand the difficulty of finding workers at this time, considering all of this, while it was not the service I have become used to from Larsen, I am please with the outcome and the help and consideration given to me by Tony. He made the whole process as easy as it could be. I can not wait for Larsen to return to its normal AAA+++ service. More

This dealership USED to care. Service was spot on, informed, communicated. Not anymore. In 10 years this place has deterriorated into garbage. I called for an HOUR AND A HALF straight, back to back...service, reception, sales...NO ONE WOULD ANSWER. FINALLY, receptionist answered and sounded put out that she had to do her job...she couldn't get through to service either...and too LAZY to walk over to service. On my way in Uber to retreive my vehicle, service called and wanted to keep my vehicle over night for an OIL CHANGE!!! It had already been there 7 hours as I was on time for my appointment at 8 am. When I arrived, vehicle still not ready. 45 minutes later, 15 minutes from closing, they finally brought me vehicle up...funny, the entire time I was there WAITING...only TWO calls came into service...yet for 90 minutes straight, they couldn't answer their phone. What a joke. Not only has my family purchased brand new cadillacs from this place, I have owned 5 and will NEVER, EVER return to this mismanaged dealership. Get it together or close up shop...seems like it's one step away from closing anyways, so just pull the band aid or hire someone who cares. Doubt anything will come of this, owners are so far removed it's like children are running the place. Disgrace what its become. More
The worst experience I've ever had with a service shop. I dropped my car off on Wednesday evening for a Thursday morning appointment. I was asking for a tune up and oil change and at the counter was sold I dropped my car off on Wednesday evening for a Thursday morning appointment. I was asking for a tune up and oil change and at the counter was sold the full inspection. With little communication from the service department the entire time I finally got my car back last night Tuesday. I was told it would be ready on Thursday afternoon! Late Friday I was told it wouldn't be ready until Monday and that no loaner car could be given until Monday. None of it makes sense and all of it was disappointing. Lack of communication and no vehicle over the weekend left me deflating and sad. The girl at the service desk seemed to do all she had ability to do to help make it all feel better but it was all just poo. I'm waiting right now to hear back about how Larson is going to fix my bumper that was displaced while it was there. I'm left feeling as though nothing will be done and Larson will just hope I don't push the issue. No response from my text and nobody answers the phone or returns voice mails left. Get this figured out and help your service people. I was hopeful all the bad reviews were just angry people but now I know why. I am disappointed and refuse to believe this level of service is what Cadillac offers but that it is the Larson name that is sour to me now. More

Well, it took from 10:30 to 3:15 to get my four tires put on!!! So I am stuck in the lounge for all that time. Where are the pop machines or snack machines?? Did anyone come and offer to take me to MCDonalds on!!! So I am stuck in the lounge for all that time. Where are the pop machines or snack machines?? Very Disappointed! Second car I bought from Larson Cadillac. The first 5years ago in July. Come to find out, the warranty was activated 2years before I purchased it,(confusing right) I find this out, when I wanted to use it nd was getting the runaround. Luckily I had everything in writing. I ended up trading that one in nd hopefully giving them a chance to redeem themselves,with the quote "we'll discount the price on next car, which in all actuality canceled my room to negotiate. I'm 4months into the purchase of the new one nd wouldn't you know there's issues with the car that's covered by warranty nd getting the runaround again. With all that being said. Do business at ur own risk nd b prepared to follow up with the Management because there's no cross checking with other departments or even with the people sitting right next to them. Hopefully I can follow up soon, because I'm still in process. Luckily for me I have a little time to follow up nd thoroughly get to the bottom of it! More
