How can you call yourself a luxury vehicle dealership and not give out loaner vehicles when you have something go wrong with your car you only bought a few months ago? Each dealer has to determine what works best for them over the long run. Charging over MSRP is not something I support and wont buy from a dealer that does this. My last dealer that I had bought several cars from decided that they wanted to do a $10k markup. I passed and then bought 4 cars within six months afterwards at another dealer, so is the short term markup really worth loosing a long term customer? I had heard some not so good things about Larson but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I called and got a 'young' sales person. I asked if they supported GM Supplier pricing. His response was something like I'm new, I don't know what that is but if you mean do we add markup above MSRP then yes we do. Not exactly what I was expecting. I then drove down to actually talk with someone, met with Matt. This was the highlight of my engagement with Larson as he was very personable, listened to what I had to say, not pushy, had a very good conversation. He too confirmed about the markups. I realize not all dealers do GMS but I'm not paying over MSRP when other dealers are available that wont. So I'm going to pass on Larson and on Cadillac for now. I give Matt 5 stars so that raised my rating of the dealership to 2 stars overall. More

That $30k second sticker may sound like great profit right now, but think about all the people that got pissed off from it and will forever refuse to give Larson a penny. More
I spoke with a salesman Daniel Guzman about buying 2 Cadillac Escalades a '21 and a '22. I advised him I was Paying Cash for them. I called and told him that it was not letting me submit form without putting SSN and DOB in. He said that I needed to put them in as they were to do a SOFT PULL (NOT TO DING MY CREDIT) Well that turned out to be the biggest lie ever!!! It dinged my credit by 11pts!!! I tried calling him, texting etc. He blocked my phone number. Mine you I had already sent 2 checks for the full balances to them!!! No one will call me back. They lied to me about pulling my credit!!! Biggest Thieves of a company that I have ever had to deal with. GM Company will be hearing from me as well as every other dealership website you have. Liars-Thieves-Disgrace!! More

About every other oil change service I’m told about something that needs replaced soon from my steering fluid is dark, it should be flushed and replaced to my recently changed breaks are in the red. This last ordeal with the service department at Larson Cadillac really takes the cake. What started out as an air bag recall and oil change was a huge disappointment from the beginning but once the part was actually ordered and my car arrived at your location for the second time I trusted your company to do the job correctly. After sitting in your lobby for an hour, having my car rechecked yesterday for the oil leak I have been having since my November 10th service, I was told there was no fault of your mechanic. The issue was that my oil pan needed to be resealed for $771.23 and my transmission cooler lines for $392.81. My dad who has been a mechanic for 25 years crawled under my car and barely touched the filter your mechanic installed and found it wasn’t even hand tight in position. I don’t know if I am more upset with the fact your mechanic was willing to steal over $1,000 from me for things I don’t actually need replaced on my car or the fact that your mechanic had absolutely no problem putting my family back in a vehicle that was on the verge of loosing that oil filter, all of the oil and seizing the motor. Since that oil filter is ruined my husband had to purchase a new filter and all new oil to redo what I trusted your mechanic to do a month ago. With this I have very little faith that my air bag was installed correctly if it was even done at all. I would like to be refunded the cost of my last oil change as well as for the the items that were purchased last night to redo the oil change. I have included with this email pictures of my oil leak from Sunday night at 9pm to Monday morning about 9:30, the oil filter as my dad saw it when he crawled under my car, oil pan that shows absolutely no oil residue, receipts and cardboard that was put under my car at 9pm last night and pulled out at 7 am this morning that shows not a single drop of oil fell from my car after after properly installing the filter. After this email is sent I will also be leaving reviews where I can and report to BBB. More
Took car in for airbag recall, supposedly told work was done. All the airbag warning lights are still on. I questioned this before I even left and was told for the lights to be addressed it would require a done. All the airbag warning lights are still on. I have went through this very same recall process with my Lexus and like magic all the airbag warnings were gone after recall service was completed.. I call xx and the service from Cadillac nowhere near compares to the level of Lexus. No loaner car, was expected to pay a deposit towards rental car if needed. Lexus gave me a loaner on the spot, no deposit, no issues. Just proof I was licensed and insured. I think I will be contacting the Attorney General. I will definitely not settle for this poor service. I had requested an additional diagnostic service and asked to be called regarding findings. No call ever came. I am livid! More
The saving grace to this dealership is Luke. His expertise and knowledge of the CTS-V is amazing! He’s a wealth of knowledge and takes amazing care of your car as if it were his own. If you choose to purchase here, go over every detail 2-3 times. You have to watch and verify everything they do.
