He handles everything so well and I truly look to him for guidance. I was saddened that a turbo part had to be replaced after 15 months plus quite a few other things are wrong. But; I realize the car has 151,000 miles on it. I had a big decision to make and feel at my age I would rather fix the car instead of buying new. I know the mechanics will have it running as good as new soon. In the meantime, thanks so much for a loaner. Honest, quick, and convenient A few weeks before, I had brought my vehicle in for a 20,000 mile check up. A few days after the service, I was contacted by the dealer because their A few weeks before, I had brought my vehicle in for a 20,000 mile check up. A few days after the service, I was contacted by the dealer because their review indicated that the fuel filter had not been replaced. I returned to the dealer for the fuel filter replacement. I appreciate that the group detected the error, was honest about the problem, and quickly communicated with me. I want to also post a negative review. After the service was performed, I have probably been contacted at least 4 times with different email messages asking for feedback. This is excessive and a waste of my time. I realize that you should request comments about the service you provide, but the amount is irritating. More
