It was remarkable!!!! I had the best car purchasing experience ever!!!! Staff is amazing and genuine. They are the true definition of "great cars sales". All around perfect experience i was in town for the weekend and lost my keys. After a locksmith made me a key and then couldn't program it, I had to take it to a dealer. At that po i was in town for the weekend and lost my keys. After a locksmith made me a key and then couldn't program it, I had to take it to a dealer. At that point I expected to be staying in town longer then planned. Turns out their service team is so smooth that by 11:00am I had a new key and after market key programmed, and was out the door in a freshly washed car. More

Careless customers service Shuttle was an hour late to pick me up. When I got to the dealership, it took another hour to get the car finished on top of the amount of time they'd Shuttle was an hour late to pick me up. When I addressed the problem with one of the managers, he was more concerned about finding a resolution more then the general manager himself.
