Sales - this was an easy experience, and we found their team understanding of our desires and constraints. They win extra points - I was given a discount for having served in the military. One month after purchase, they realized that this only applied to people who got out of the military within 2 years (I got out 8+ years ago). They ate the cost on this, which I thought was nice. Also, their finance department stayed up an hour after closing to help us get through the process (we purchased at the end of the month a few minutes before they closed). They were very helpful and professional with this too. Service - I brought my car in to purchase and have bike racks put on the car. They were great on this. I also had to have my "change oil" light reset - I called (because I was running late) and they stayed open late to do this for me (and it only took 3-5 minutes). It's been a positive experience so far. More

2015 2.0 L Diesel recall phase II I think the estimated time listed in the recall letter was silly short and that turned out to be true. I received car in a reasonable time, with the outside very clean and everything seems to be working well. The service was essentially replacing the entire under car emissions system.
