3 hours spent here and all I got was a slap to the face. Spoke with Tristen before arriving about concerns and preferences. On arrival, was shown a different vehicle and offered a lease. After they ran my credit, I requested financing options (I drive for work, so leasing isn't an option). We agreed on a deal. Spent well over an hour waiting while they (without my consent) conducted 6 individual credit inquiries. Finally, they came back and said they could only lease. Stepped outside for a phone call and when I came back in I said I couldn't do it and requested my keys. Tristen grew visible agitated, hostile, and argumentative. As I walked out of the door, he passive aggressively shouted, "good luck!" I received a "thank you for purchasing" email the following morning and explained that not only did I not make a purchase, but was treated rudely and unprofessionally. Received a long passive aggressive follow up email from Tristen about how he's sorry he's not sorry and that I just "ran out of the dealership" when they offered the lease. More

The service was excellent. I had my 2017 oil chained and the services department did the job in 45 minutes. A Trip to Fly and a Road Trip To Drive We came to Denver to the car show from Arizona and fell in love with the Atlas. Although young, brought a innocence that was a breath of fresh air. No dirty car salesman here. We had planned on flying home that evening instead we purchased our vehicle and drove 16 hours in our brand new just unwrapped Atlas. It was amazing. The Financial Gentleman Shawn Williams was the light at the tunnel. All these gentlemen made our experience AMAZING. Wish I needed another vehicle just to go and hang out. Oil change and tire rotation I came in for my first oil change and tire rotation in my 2017 GTI and the guys at the service center did a great job. It took about an hour, which was a little bit longer than I was expecting but they had a nice waiting room with drinks and other stuff to keep you occupied.
