Friendly staff. Thorough explanation of recommended services. Comfortable lounge. My favorite was the loaner vehicle so I didn’t sit and wait for 3 hours. My issue wasn’t the dealership, it was Brandon who was supposed to be helping me. My car was there for three hours. I called twice for an update and was told Brandon would call me back. He never did.
