I am traveling from Minnesota and had a problem with my RX350 brakes. They worked me in without an appointment, diagnosed the problem, and performed the needed service. The service I received was very good, but the service employee that greeted me was triable. She did not communicate with the service advisor. I waited 30 minutes before I entered the service advisor’s office (Julian). Once Julian knew that he was to take care of my vehicle, every thing went well. I needed new tires because of a blowout. When I called for an appointment they said that I could come in on Friday at 8:15. I received an email indicating that my appointment was the next week on Wednesday. I couldn’t wait because I was driving on the spare tire. I called the dealership an was told to come in on Friday and Julian would take care of my tires. Except my initial contact with the service department, everything else went well. More
