Phenomenal They asked me what I wanted before having me drive a car. They then didn’t take me out to the car, they brought the car to me! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!! They try and take advantage of you! If I could give less than 1 star, I would be much happier. I was in communication with one of their salesman to purchase a truck (Bryson). This truck had some damage on the photo and I was assured that the damage would be repaired prior to it being sold for the price listed. Great. Bryson stops returning my emails and now I hear from a different salesman (Jonathan). We hash out some other questions I had and I am ready to put down my deposit and buy the truck with cash no less. We're not talking about an insignificant purchase here. The truck was $41,495 plus tax/title/transport. Great. I get an email from Jonathan stating that now the deal has changed. An extra $1,500 will be required to fix the damage because there's been so much interest in this vehicle all of a sudden when I am ready to buy. I told him I thought this was a shady deal. Jonathan then gets very defensive about me calling the deal shady. I provided him the email conversation I had with Bryson stating that the damage would be fixed for the $41,495 price. He proceeded to say Bryson must have misunderstood, but the email from Bryson explicitly says: “At $41,495 you’re getting an amazing deal on the truck, especially with the body work getting included. My manager won’t budge on it.” Doesn’t sound like he misunderstood anything. Further, he said I turned down their previous offer and then further he accuses me of being confused. The story seemingly changes every time he emails me and it’s been a frustrating experience. It was the most unprofessional car buying experience I have ever been a part of. I would advise anyone that is contemplating purchasing a vehicle to AVOID this dealership at all costs. Read the other reviews online. I’m not the only one to have issues with them. This message was also sent to corporate with no response so far. More
Great Sales Person, but add ons that add up I love the car I bought here, the salesperson was great...but you find out that you MUST buy the key replacement plan and the vehicle theft insurance I love the car I bought here, the salesperson was great...but you find out that you MUST buy the key replacement plan and the vehicle theft insurance plan that pays you 5k if your car is stolen and not recovered for 30 days. $499 each I almost walked out, but they gave them to me "at cost" at $199 which I still wouldn't have purchased but I really wanted a one of a kind car. Anyway, I probably wouldn't buy from this dealer again because of these "must buy" add ons (they won't sell you just the car). More
