I recently took my 2021 Jeep Cherokee into Larry Miller Jeep Provo since I was getting an error message that the Forward Collision Camera needed adjustment, along with warnings that the Traction Control, S Jeep Provo since I was getting an error message that the Forward Collision Camera needed adjustment, along with warnings that the Traction Control, Stability Control, and Cruise Control needed adjustment. . I received a call that the camera module needed to be replaced. I finally heard back from service at 5pm that the car was ready. I had a rental car, and they closed at 5:30, so I had to pick the car up the next morning. I arrived at the dealership around 9:30 and had a $1,100 bill for the camera replacement and calibration. I was driving home and about 5 miles from the dealership all of the warning lights came back on. I immediately drove back to the dealership and waited for an hour before the service advisor came and told me that they needed to re-calibrate the system and do a software update, which was not done the previous day. After 2 hours I got the Jeep back, all the service lights were out. The next morning, while driving around all of the light came back on. Took the car back into the service department Monday morning, and it took them 2 plus hours to figure out that the ABS Hydraulic unit needs to be replaced, to the tune of another $1,400. Truly hard to believe the Service Techs fix something and with minutes the same warning are back on again. A car that is 4 years old and a part that the Chrysler website says should last 100,000 miles goes out with 33,000. IF YOU NEED TO HAVE SERVICE ON YOUR JEEP – GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME (3 DAYS) AND MONEY. More
