Terrible Experience, Do not use this service department! I purchased a new 2019 Jeep Rubicon, but within 2 months the vehicle started having an issue with the electrical system. I brought it into LHM Jeep in I purchased a new 2019 Jeep Rubicon, but within 2 months the vehicle started having an issue with the electrical system. I brought it into LHM Jeep in Provo and they said everything was covered under warranty. The service rep. set up a loaner at the Enterprise down the street and I gave them a video of exactly what was happening with the vehicle. The service rep. assured me that since the car was under warranty and was only a few months old the rental would be free of charge. The dealership took 2 weeks to diagnose the issue but returned the car without replacing one part. We have been stranded multiple times in the cold waiting for a tow truck since then. Now the Enterprise rental car is telling us that LHM Jeep Provo is refusing to pay for 2 of the three loaner vehicle rentals and they are sending us to collections unless we pay the bill! Do not trust these guys! Take your car to a dealer that is trustworthy and knows how to fix things right the first time. If I could give them a below 1 star I would. I have left several messages for the general manager and the service manager and they both have never called me back or left a message. They also conveniently lost some of the the service records, these guys are terrible! More

We then got a taste of the repair shop’s service when our car had problems starting under certain conditions. They diagnosed the problem and ordered the faulty part. Everything is working great and we love our new ride! Great place to do business! More

Generally good service at this dealership Always get good service at this dealership. They usually give me a sheet with what was looked at and what was done during my service. Not this time but it may have just been an oversight. Also did not reset the oil change monitor on my Jeep. Not a big deal but it helps and also shows they were thorough. The service manager was excellent. More
