I had the absolute WORST experience regarding the General Sales Manager and service department. I had my car serviced at this dealership and a week later had it towed back due to complications that the service department didn’t communicate to me in my first service visit. I made it very clear that I needed my car diagnosed, fixed, and back in my possession in the same day. The service department had the opportunity to communicate what was going on from 11am until 6pm. Not a single word was communicated to me all day and next thing I know, the service department was closed. Mason, the service advisor that I was working with, also failed to communicate that I would not be able to pick up my car that day. Then, me and my mother drove to the dealership to see if we could resolve the issue. We were then approached by the general sales manager who was INCREDIBLY rude to me AND my mother, refused to help us, and LIED to us about not having access to my car in order for me to get my much needed prescription, and then demanded that we leave. We then called the service department the next day to see what was going on with my car and they admitted to me that the lug nuts were not tightened properly in my initial visit, but they still let my drive off with my car. I EASILY could have been killed due to my lug nuts not being properly tightened. This dealership has only showed unprofessionalism and I will NEVER be returning to this establishment. More
what a joke this dealership is Had my dodge fixed it cost me $7k . Paid it brought the truck home and it still was not running correctly. Spoke with Tony the assistant manager, to Had my dodge fixed it cost me $7k . Paid it brought the truck home and it still was not running correctly. Spoke with Tony the assistant manager, took the truck back the next day. Now, I am told it is a complete different thing that need to be fixed requesting an additional $17K. I said what was the first 7k I paid for? Surprise, the assistant manager Tony will not return my calls and the manager neither. DISHONEST PEOPLE DISHONEST BUSINESS. Gail Miler shame on what goes on in your dealerships. More
They sold us a Lemon, three months later can't get our money My husband contracted with the the Larry H. Miller Dodge dealer in Provo in December to purchase a truck for over $75,000. The vehicle never worked r My husband contracted with the the Larry H. Miller Dodge dealer in Provo in December to purchase a truck for over $75,000. The vehicle never worked right. We had it less than three days during which my husband took it back three times so the dealer could address the problem. Finally, on the third day he just left it with them. My husband had to work with several Chrysler Corp representatives and after three months, there was a verbal offer that they would send a rep from Stericycle, Mike Hummel, to bring paperwork for my husband to sign to facilitate a buy-back. Mr. Hummel did not come with any paper work to indicate that Chrysler or anyone else was going to pay us anything for the truck. In fact Mr. Hummel started to rise several times with a “threat” to walk away and leave us with a truck that doesn’t work if my husband refused to sign the papers releasing all interest in the truck. My husband felt he had no choice but to sign the papers. Not only was there no paper work to commit anyone to pay for the truck, but Mr. Hummel insisted that my husband sign a paper specifically stating that no promise of reimbursement was offered or to be expected. This paper also included a gag order which also had to be signed. Mr. Hummel insisted this is the way it is always done. He was quite frustrated with me, who did not want to see my husband forced to sign or get stuck with a truck that never worked. Mr. Hummel assured us that the purchase in December “is all going to be undone” and we would get “everything you paid for the vehicle.” This was on Wednesday, March 25th. Mr. Hummel also said we could expect the lien on the truck to be paid off by Friday, the 28th or Monday, the 30th. He also said we could expect the $11,000 we put down on the truck in the form of a check by Monday, and if we didn’t get it by Wednesday to call him. It is now Tuesday, and the loan hasn’t been paid off and, of course, we have no check. When my husband contacted Mr. Hummel, he said that the dealer is the one responsible for paying off the loan and the down payment, and he suggested we call an attorney. I’m ready to go picket the business. Do you have any advice? Thank you, Leslie Giboney More
