Worst ever didn’t repair the correct hose my vehicle over heated on the freeway now I need a new engine!!! They left all my spark plugs unplugged so they are lost they left my engine a mess when I picked up heated on the freeway now I need a new engine!!! Nicole Young at first meeting left me with a good feeling, she was cheerful and pleasant to speak to. However, that changed as there were two instances where a warning on my dashboard was missed/igno feeling, she was cheerful and pleasant to speak to. However, that changed as there were two instances where a warning on my dashboard was missed/ignored I am not sure which. Missed first by the tech who worked on my car and second by Nicole when she drove my car out of the service bay. Nicole left the car running for me, and as I drove my car off the lot, I noticed the message "Start Stop Unavailable" and thinking as my car was just out of the shop, it would go away shortly. It didn't and I was on the freeway. I was unable to see how fast I was going on the freeway !!!! Unsure of what I was dealing with I did not want to pull off to the side of the free way but knew I had to return to the service department. I called Nicole and she said I had to come back to the service department and said it was probably becuz the tech did not properly place the battery cable back on. when she returned my car she said she was right. I had to ask for paperwork of the mistake made by the tech. when she brought me the paperwork the language used on my invoice said "cust states start/stop ... EG04 verified cust concern, found battery cable loose, test - good no more warning light. there was no apology, nothing. I had thought I would use Bountiful LH Miller for the Jeep's service when I first met Nicole ... now I am suspicious of the quality and thoroughness of the work of your service Technicians and the service advisors. How do 2 of your service employees miss a warning message right in the middle of the dash??? Unbelievable!! More
