I purchased the yearly service plan. It seems that every time I need service, it takes well over an hour for just oil change and tire rotation. We visited the Bountiful location yesterday. We worked with Landin. He was kind and knowledgeable, answering any and all of our questions. We were looking to lease and after test driving a Cherokee, Lan with Landin. He was kind and knowledgeable, answering any and all of our questions. We were looking to lease and after test driving a Cherokee, Landin worked the numbers and made us a great deal. We decided to check out some other options before we signed our names. Just before we left, the store the manager (I think), stopped us and told us that buying was also a great option with no interest. That sounded like a great option as well. Even though we ended up buying at another dealership (Chevy), our experience was Larry Miller was great. We appreciated the 'no pressure' attitude that Landon ( and the manager) took.
