I took my vehicle with an appointment for a fix that I was told would take 2-3 hours. 4 Days later, I finally got it back. Communication was poor. Do they not understand that most people need their vehicles? By the way, mine was only a year old. If they set an appointment but can't do the work in a timely fashion, the customer should be made aware and another appointment should be made. I noticed a sign on several of the service windows when I finally went in to pick up my vehicle basically stating that an appointment doesn't mean much and has nothing to do with technician availability. Give me a break. It shouldn't be that tough to manage appointments around technician availability. I was so frustrated about getting answers that I finally called in to talk to someone on the dealer management team. GT, the finance manager, was the only one who seemed to care and make any effort to get truthful answers. Thanks, GT. I am on my fourth Jeep, one Cherokee and three Grand Cherokees. All have had issues that involved a lot of pain with service departments. I am done with Jeep. More
Took our vehicle in for an appt. I heard from the service advisor on day 19 if 21 that nothing was wrong with our car. They had my car almost 3 weeks before they contacted me in any way. How is that acceptable? I called them after 8 days and the car hadn't been touched. The service advisor bolted for the building after pulling my car around. They pulled 4 car seats out to work on the back seats. That would be fine except I told them the issue was with the driver and passenger seats. So we had to reinstall our car seats for no reason. I'm still replacing coolant so there's obviously a leak, but they said there was not one. My steering still shutters when I turn into parking spots, but they tested it at freeway speeds for some reason and said it was fine. Our door still not acting right even though they said it does. $1100 later on rentals to replace our car that was just sitting 20 of the 21 days. All I got was a shoulder shrug. I've never seen this level of incompetence. They simply did not care. More

Polite, service oriented. Speedy. It took one hour for a lube and oil change. Seems like I could almost set my watch to it. I’ve only had one bad experience ( and it took two Speedy.
