I was in a rush because I had to go to work and I was selling my old car to drop my monthly payments (owed $31,000 on it) they were awesome about that. I ended up getting a 2013 Altima for $20,000, or so I thought. Couldn't figure out why they were having such a hard time getting the payments under $400 a month for a $20k car. Turns out, they charged me an extra $8k. So I ended up financing $28k rather than $20k. They knew I was in a hurry, so I'm assuming that's why they never bothered to explain the additional $8,000. If they had, I would have walked. It's my fault for not looking at the financing agreement/contract. It's extremely shady though. For $28k I could have bought a brand new car. Not a base model Altima. I don't recommend this dealership. I won't go back. More

All three were consistent in how they handled working with me. I had done my homework coming in and had a pretty good idea of where the pricing should be. I felt like they were honest with me from the get go, and the environment was very relaxed. I was also pleased with the pace of the purchase. Everything was wrapped up in under two hours. I've spent five hours at a dealership before. I'm a pretty loyal guy and have bought as many as four cars from one salesperson/dealership. This is a place I will be returning to. More

Carson understood my concerns in addition to my oil change. I wasn't happy with the back windshield wiper I had you replace on a previous visit and not happy that when I put gas in it spits back at me. change. Carson advised me the wiper just needed to be adjusted, on the issue with the gas tank he explained the steps involved to have this corrected I agreed and advised him of my concerns if the replaced parts didn't correct the problem and the money that I have put out he advised me we could look into it further and see what could be done to make me happy. I went to the gas station and it spit at me again. I will see you soon on an empty tank so it can be looked at again. Both gentleman are very nice and helpful More
