First I would like to say that the last time i bought a vehicle from a dealer,2yrs ago, it was absolutely the worse experience i had buying a car,with that said Larry H. Miller of Riverdale, Utah has rest vehicle from a dealer,2yrs ago, it was absolutely the worse experience i had buying a car,with that said Larry H. Miller of Riverdale, Utah has restored my faith in the honesty and actual compassion and friendliness, positive feeling from every single employee i encountered during my most highly pleasant experience EVER with buying automobile through a dealer,well, as far back as i can remember. On the morning of Friday the 16th March 2014 I called the Larry H. Miller dealership in Riverdale,Utah and began my most pleasant experience in buying my first brand new car, never owning a brand new one,at 53, i figured if the Lord would help me and approve of it first,then ,Why Not Try? Now with my credit not being that good i was stressed and a little skeptic on the process and how long and the experience of buying a new car. I spoke with Keri Matern on the phone first,all I can say is that she was the most friendly,happiest,excited and you can tell genuinely likes her job and might I say she is Excellent at what she does. This was the beginning of a most enjoyable experience of purchasing a brand new automobile.I had tried doing it over the internet site,but i'm having problem with my PC. then I called and asked if she could help me with the page and filling out a lot of info,she said so optimistically that don't worry, she would do it for me and take down my information, well she was so pleasant and i expected to be on phone Long time it was just the opposite,she said that best way for what i wanted to do was get Pre Qualified for the range of price of vehicle. Keri called back in a unreal fast time and said that we should be ok.The next step was having my trade in appraised and Star,love that name, called me and ensured i had a time and when i would be able to get car appraised,she was so encouraging and professional and friendly,you could tell she was happy with her job and she performed it most excellent. Now the next day,which would be Saturday the 17th march i took my car to get it appraised. Jason Rainey called me and followed up to help and make sure i knew were they were located and confirmed the time,he was very professional and excellent at what he does because i felt at ease,that appraising part usually is very stressful for me. Not this time, again i felt stressless and was becoming very optimistic that maybe i could get a car. He welcomed me with smile,very professional and made sure i had a salesman right away,he immediately had me with J,W Williams who i sat down and he again welcomed me,offered me refreshments,extremely neat and dressed professionally. He took down my information,which is a bit ,understandably, and did it with optimism,positiveness,friendliness, and i tend to ramble on so he is very good at multitasking, and very quick,again this process was becoming so great,my stress lowered each time i met one of the dealerships employees that were required to get the car, Then i got introduced to the Finance guy, Kelly and he shook my hand and introduced himself and had me laughing,which,this is usually the Worse part of trying to purchase vehicle,he welcomed me to his office and had gone above and beyond any finance person i ever dealt with,he had got me extra protection for my car,looking out for me,extry warranty time ,again looking out for me and got me what he could with the bank, which was Capital One,Go Capital One!,What usually seems to be a grueling experience went so smooth,incredibly fast, before i knew it,Bada Bing Bada Boom, i was driving home in my dream car 2014 Challenger R/T Classic "Hemi" that when i first saw it,it was better than what was pictured, My hat goes off to Larry H. Miller of Riverdale and all its employees for restoring my faith in Auto dealerships and making this the most Pleasant,at ease,stressless and utmost genuine friendliness from every employee I encountered, Then i actually got a phone call from Keri Matern and i'm thinking uh oh,She was congratulating me on purchasing my new car,then transferred me to Star,love that name, who also wanted to congratulate me and was so happy for me. This was the most easiest,happiest,stressless friendliest experience i have ever had purchasing a vehicle, I would Highly Highly recommend going to this dealership, I don't know if they just happen to luck out and get employees that genuinely like there jobs and go above there responsibilities thats required for there job, but as one said ,my salesman, he loved it there,that he was treated extremely well by upper management and how they were all a team, Kudo's to upper management, you most certainly now how to run a business,dealership. Go to Larry H. Miller on Riverdale rd in Roy,utah if you want to have the best experience purchasing a vehicle. i thank the Lord for sending me to them and for having me meet people that made me feel happy in what Usually is a stressful and can be a bad experience.Oh ya,can't forget the coffee,hot chocolate machine. I was able to make a service appointment online, so when I arrived I was greeted promptly, they ushered me into their very nice waiting are where I had the option of watching T.V. sitting at a private table I arrived I was greeted promptly, they ushered me into their very nice waiting are where I had the option of watching T.V. sitting at a private table or entertaining my children in the children's room. I sat at a table where I remained undisturbed for the entire time I was there, which was less than 45 minutes. I was treated to delicious hot chocolate, a comfortable atmosphere and popcorn. And the prices can't be beat. Thank you. More
Customer service was excellent. All questions that I made were answered. With my credit I'm pleased I got to leave in a car. Anthony worked hard for me to get the best deal possible. My monthly payments are very satisfactory, for me that is. Everyone at LHM Riverdale were very kind and did their best to make me and my child feel comfortable and at ease. I very much liked that they have the kids play room. That was the first time I've seen a dealership provide something for the kids. Other dealerships I've been to do not have that. So all in all I was very much pleased to have done business with LHM Riverdale. I have already recommended and will continue recommending them to others. More

Just over a week ago we took our van in for a transmission flush: GOOD - They charged lass than the estimate. GOOD - They informed us our radiator was cracked on the drivers side and needed transmission flush: GOOD - They charged lass than the estimate. GOOD - They informed us our radiator was cracked on the drivers side and needed to be replaced. No surprise since I had noticed it about two weeks ago had had been monitoring it to ensure it didn't get worse while saving money for a repair. Today I took the van in to have the radiator replaced. BAD - I asked for the Courtesy Shuttle to take me home. After waiting nearly 45 minutes I finally asked where the shuttle was. After 15 more minutes of four people looking for the driver, they finally grabbed someone from the shop and had him drive me home. GOOD - They came in right on the estimate. BAD - They had my van since 9am and at 3:30pm when I called to check on the status, they were miraculously finishing the paperwork as I called. It really took them that long to do the job - I don't think so! GOOD - I asked for a military discount and got one for the service performed. DOUBLE GOOD - I asked for a military discount on the transmission flush I had gotten the previous week and they gave me one. BAD IN A BIG WAY - After getting home, I went inside like anyone would. I came out about 30 minutes later to take out the trash and noticed fluid underneath the radiator on the passengers side. I started investigating and it is leaking around a fitted hose (mind you it wasn't before). So I immediately called the dealer and the Service Department had already closed. DOUBLE BAD IN A BIG WAY - Now I have to wait until Monday to take my van back in, meaning I have to take unscheduled time off work (frowned upon). And I better not have to pay for what they either broke or didn't reconnect properly. Overall, I think they tried t take care of me: - I can't fault the folks I worked with for the driver not showing up. - I can and do fault the service department quality assurance for not noticing they didn't do the job properly (by either breaking something and not replacing it or just not connecting something correctly - I don't know which is the case yet). I do feel it was an obvious oversight or deliberate cover-up by the mechanic that performed the work. More
