I purchased a 2008 Dodge Cummins from LHM, I love the truck, but I will NEVER buy from this dealer again, I will NOT recommend this dealer to anyone! I enjoyed working with John Martin, and he is the ONL truck, but I will NEVER buy from this dealer again, I will NOT recommend this dealer to anyone! I enjoyed working with John Martin, and he is the ONLY one! I trusted that I was getting a reliable vehicle given the fact that this truck has a so called certified warranty. Within one month and less than 2,000 miles of having this truck I had to take it in to have the CV joint replaced. The following month I had to have both front U-joints replaced. I have not had any heat or AC in the truck so now I am looking at having to have that fixed too, all of this within three months from the date of purchase. Every time I have had to contact this dealer in regards to this truck it takes weeks for someone to get back to me! When I asked exactly what a "Certified Warranty" was I could not get an answer, not even from the service department. I purchased a 2011 jeep wrangler sport in trade for my 2010 chevy camaro. at the time of the sale the sale rep showed me a jeep with a tow package and upgraded tires and rims I asked the sales rep twice 2010 chevy camaro. at the time of the sale the sale rep showed me a jeep with a tow package and upgraded tires and rims I asked the sales rep twice if the jeep I would be getting was exactly like the jeep I seen with the upgraded tires and tow package he said yes then I asked another salesman the same question since he was on his way to pick up the jeep I was getting from another LHM car lot and he said yes that what I looked at was exactly what I would get but when the jeep arrived there was no tow package or tire and rim upgrade by that time it had been two days since the sale took place on a Saturday. I had all ready given my camaro to them and they gave me a loaner until my jeep arrived on Monday I got my jeep without the tires or tow package so I told themto keep the jeep and give me the camaro back they wouldn't do it so I asked to speak to the manager and he was a total jerk he said to take your camaro and leave the jeep but then another man who stated he was the general manager of LHM auto groups overheard and stated I would have the promised vehicle. a month went by before I got a call stating the tow package was in and ready to install well I went to get my plates and the manager was rude and would not keep his agreement with regards to the tire upgrade he was completley ignorant and even tried to push me out of the office he would not give me my plates and told me to leave the lot and don't come back. I went to the DMV and got another set of plates they told me to file a complaint at the state level as well as with the bbb I have done that and I spoke to the chrysler Corp. the only reason I bought the jeep was because of the tires and tow package on the jeep I saw. I would have kept the camaro but I think they sold it and that is why they pushed for me to keep the jeep cause they could get it back for me when I asked. I also found out that it's against the law to hold a persons plates for no reason the sale was complete with not money owed on the I paid tax and locense fees at the DMV when I got the plates but the dealership tried to get the money from me when I all ready paid it now they are calling it a "down payment"that is a complete lie! the worst thing is the way the manager treated me like I was acomplete low life and as if I should be thankfull for selling me a jeep I just want my camaro back it was also paid for now I have a jeep that is completely not the one I was sold More

I came in to Larry H. Miller because my wife bought from one of your dealer ships in Salt Lake, 2004 Ford Focus, she loves it. I had a 2004 Durango and loved it. Very nice easy dealership to work with. They went out of there way to answer my questions and get me the right color.
