Quick, kind & good at what they do! Since we walked onto the sales lot 2 years ago and were greeted by Jerry Gallegos, we have been treated with respect and great customer service. Jerry helped us find the right vehicle for our family (Jeep Compass) and every time we have been in for servicing, has come over to greet us and see how things are going. Not too many places that will do that AFTER you have bought. The service department is fantastic here as well. We purchased the service package with the care (best idea ever) and bring the Compass in regularly. They are also quick to greet me, see if I need a ride anywhere or are planning to wait, and very prompt at getting the servicing AND car washed. Love it! An example of their extremely good service happened 2 weeks ago when someone rear-ended our Compass. Since I was nearby, I drove over to LHM Riverdale and asked them to take a look. I was still a little upset as most people would be. They took my car in right away and looked it over, then washed it for me. What a relief to know I could ask them that and be taken care of. I appreciated the time they took and the attention they always give in the service department. If you want service, respect, and a great car or truck, LHM Riverdale is the place to go. More
