Great Experience I just traded in a Jeep Compass to Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Riverdale (terrific car other than I had racked up a lot of miles). My mind is still reeling at how painless, quick, and positive this transaction was. I've purchased about 10 vehicles in my life and most experiences have been frustrating and time consuming at the very least to absolutely horrific when one time I dealt with a dealer that was downright deceitful (Cutrubus in Riverdale). I am so grateful to have been referred to LHM. Because I had received a referral, I went to LHM first. Being a skeptical person (because of my negative past buying experiences), I shopped around to make sure I was being offered a fair price. No other dealer even came close to presenting a reasonable price, and especially not as the beginning offered price. LHM provided a competitive price the first time I spoke with them. My sales person, Derek Fletcher, was positive, honest, and bent over backwards to get me the information I requested. He even responded to my correspondence on his day off, which is more than I expected. He transitioned me over to Pete Wilder, the finance manager, to process my loan. He was thorough and yet very efficient - the shortest time I sat in front of a finance person ever! I had a special request to change out the tires on the vehicle (the tires were highly rated but my husband is a bit of a tire snob) and Derek coordinated an exchange through their maintenance department. Frank Slaugh special ordered in the tires we wanted. I felt like my husband and I were being a little high-maintenance at that point but the LHM personnel bent over backwards to make sure we were able to walk away with exactly what we wanted. I generally feel like customer service has become a buzz word that businesses throw around yet have no understanding of what it means. I can honestly say that Larry H. Miller in Riverdale operates with the belief that if you treat people well, they will return. I would absolutely use them again and encourage any one out there shopping to make sure they make LHM their last stop. More
