Don't buy used. Bought a used 2013 Dodge ram 1500 , in November of 2014. Two weeks after we bought it, it started to make a weird noise, like tires rubbing on someth Bought a used 2013 Dodge ram 1500 , in November of 2014. Two weeks after we bought it, it started to make a weird noise, like tires rubbing on something. Looked under the truck and there was so much mud and dirt and weeds under it you couldn't see anything. Wait how does that work when they done a 100+ point inspection, to make it a certified used vehicle. How can you do an inspection when there is so much dirt and mud under the vehicle? So we took the truck in and they took the tires off and call us and tell us" Wow did you guys take it mudding? There is alot of mud around the tires and brakes." Really, we thought maybe you guys already knew that since we just bought it and it was like that when we bought it. So they clean around the tires, and the noise goes away. But a few days later, the truck makes a rattling noise when you hit a bump, so much that you can feel it in the steering wheel. So we take it in again, they say that the steering wheel was a little loose and so they tighten it. Well guess what drive it home and it's still doing it. Take it in again and they say that is a problem with the gear box, but we are lucky that is covered under the warranty. Ok great, so they replace that. Take it home and nope still rattling. We have had them look at this and have had someone ride in the truck to hear and feel what it is doing and still nothing. Its so frustrating. Also on top of all this, we have kept up on taking it in for maintenance and out of the two years that we have had the truck they have only replaced the air filter once and we had to push to get them to, first time I asked they said it was fine then my wife took it in and asked and they said it was fine, then I took it in for the maintenance and asked them to put a new in finally replaced it. I should also mention that just before I took it in I checked the air filter and it was caked in dust and dirt. Before the filter was changed I was getting 12 miles to the gallon and now I'm getting closer to 20 miles to the gallon. Wow , just crazy that they wouldn't change a filter and that it is not even included in the maintenance package that I paid extra for. They have also rotated my tires each time I've brought it in , and recently my brakes started squeaking so I decided to replace my brakes pads myself, since I've done them on all of my vehicles, went to take the tires off on the front and couldn't get the lug nuts off because they had been threaded crooked, so I had to take my truck up to have the lug nuts taken off, since I really didn't want to take the chance of breaking them. Over all there service department is a joke when it comes to fixing problems, they still haven't figured out what is wrong with my truck and yet again I'm taking it in to have them look at it. I really wish that I would have looked under the truck before I purchased it, but I guess I was a little to confident with the certified used inspection to look. More

The only drawback was that we went in for a test drive in the morning, and when we came back later in the day to buy the car, we were told that there was another couple interested in buying it, and that the salesmen were competing to see who could get locked in the fastest. We "won", but it was made to sound like it was at someone else's expense. Otherwise, it was much better than our last car-buying experience at a different dealership, and we would recommend others to this dealership, also. More

He asked if I knew what type of car I would be looking into, and after I told him a Dodge Dart he took me to the wide range of Darts. He helped me try every dart that I could be interested in he was friendly, and the conversations we shared made the experience enjoyable. Darin then helped me through the rest of the process, and it seemed to go by rather quickly because he ensured I wasn't left alone for too long. Jason Rainey explained the purchase options to me, and he let seemed very upfront about everything. He seemed passionate about helping me and his employees, and helped me understand my financial options. After he gave me a tour around the dealership and introduced me to Frank Slaugh, who could help me if I ever ran into any problems with my car. After that, I met Kelly Newman who went over the warranty options with me, he let me know what options he felt would be best, but didn't push me to make a decision. Kelly definitely seemed to have his job down to a science. Overall, the experience was great, fast, and friendly. This is my second car through this dealership, and it probably won't be my last. More
