Excellent Service I have been bringing my cars to Larry H Miller for many years and I have always received good service from friendly and courteous staff. About five y I have been bringing my cars to Larry H Miller for many years and I have always received good service from friendly and courteous staff. About five years ago I was fortunate to have Zak Burrows assigned as my Service Advisor. I knew from the beginning that I would never have anyone else take care of my cars service. I went into the dealership a few months back as my Jeep was having issues with acceleration. I was pretty much at my lowest point financially and was expecting the costs to fix my car to be substantial. When Zak saw me he knew right off I was at the breaking point, he basically just told me he knew what it was and that he knew that my warranty I purchased three years ago would cover it as well as the rental costs as I needed a rental car due to the extent of the cars repairs. All of this was said in the first 60 seconds of our greeting. He took such a weight off of my shoulders. Within about 20 minutes I had a rental car and he was sending me off to work saying "I'll take care of everything" and he did!!! Let's forget the warranty coverage which I was very grateful for, but what I am most grateful for is Zak and his knowledge and amazing customer service. I felt safe and that's something you can't put a price tag on. Larry H Miller, you do not know how hard I am to impress and I am not only impressed but I am grateful that you have Zak Burrows as an employee, my loyalty is with him. More
