I will go back. L.H. Miller Riverdale did great, their service and parts departments are above par. I first went in for a check engine light, but noted a coolant leak L.H. I first went in for a check engine light, but noted a coolant leak they kept me informed of all the work performed and even possible mistakes in the end they could not trace the issue with the check engine light, thinking I had fixed that particular problem i.e. a dealer part I had replaced, but ended up replacing the water pump, timing cover and intake gasket with no charge for those or the diagnostic done. I need to note that I still have my lifetime power train warranty which is still in effect thanks in part to the good people of L.H. Miller Riverdale. More
Excellent except for the long wait for finance. Good. Everyone was very respectful. Too long of a wait for finance but Pete made it fast once I was in there. I scoped out vehicles with David and he was my first contact in the phone. He was awesome and no pressure. I thought Jerry was very fun but I thought more wasincluded in the certified vehicle warranty until I got into finance and realized it was very limited. All in all I am happy with the vehicle so far and the dealership was awesome. Better than the Mercedes dealership where I felt pressure to commit. None here. Everyone, David, Jerry and Pete had my best interest in mind and wanted the right thing for me even if that meant not buying there. That meant a lot and gained my trust. More

There are 3 financial guys at the Riverdale LHM and I can't get any one of them to take care of a matter that's been going on since January. Did you know that if you purchase a car with an extended warranty and you sell it and they can't transfer it to the new car you can get the money back. Well my husband and I have stopped in there and called and we can't get these people to help us. After my 3rd time in there to give the paperwork they need for the refund, Pete was the one we finally spoke too and at first he didn't want to help us, because we wasn't buying a car. He told us we had to wait for 2 or 3 other people ahead of us. We get it but giving him the paperwork took 5 min. We got upset and told him it was our third time in there and we would wait. He then came out of his office about 5 mins later and had us fill out the paperwork, very rude guy. We could tell he was put out. Since then we've been waiting for someone to tell us where our money is. Pete is not very good with returning calls and when he does he has no idea what you're talking about and pawns the problem onto someone else or gives you some excuse that the secretary isn't in. Blah Blah Blah! I actually gave the one star for Chris Martinez that's helped us in the past when we purchased our 2 cars there, but he is never in the office. So after work today I will go down and sit I front of their freakin offices until someone gives me answers. Don't deal with these people if your smart! You'll get better customer service else where. More
