Won't Go Back...Ever I can't recommend this dealership. The service manager is not respectful. The work was done, but they stuck my 3500 long bed quad cab with a nice big I can't recommend this dealership. The service manager is not respectful. The work was done, but they stuck my 3500 long bed quad cab with a nice big brush guard on front, with a rock guard mud flap setup on the back in the tightest spot on the lot between two nice sedans and a nice Cherokee parked directly behind, perpendicular, and not in a real parking spot. First attempt to extract the truck didn't work so I tried the other direction. By now, there are vehicles waiting for me. I was afraid of hitting the car beside with the brush guard. I was sooo close to getting it out, but caught the Cherokee with the mud flap bracket. It was a very small tick in the plastic below the bumper, but still... I lost it a bit and was expressing my frustration with their person putting the truck in this spot when they have a hundred other places. The service mgr calls me an idiot (indirectly, but I caught it). Then tells me to accept responsibility for my actions as I'm walking back into the shop with my insurance info? He said something interesting to me: That this had "only happend twice since I've been there". Thinking about that, what kind of manager would allow circumstances for this to happen a second time? In my career, I would have been fired! xxxxxxx? I don't know. Sure felt like it. I believe incompetent for setting up not only me, but the owners of the other vehicles for potential damage, then blaming the customer when it happens. I promise to NEVER set foot on a LHM dealership of any kind for the rest of my life. More
