Over priced service department Took my 2008 Dodge Ram 3500 to the dealer with a bad O2 sensor. They wanted over $800 to replace two sensors and upgrade a heat shield that was defect Took my 2008 Dodge Ram 3500 to the dealer with a bad O2 sensor. They wanted over $800 to replace two sensors and upgrade a heat shield that was defective from the factory. When asked why I needed to replace the heat shield, they told me to take it up with the factory. This is not the first time I have received poor service at this dealership. I ordered two new sensors for $80 dollars and replaced them myself. Works perfect. I never write reviews of company's that I deal with. But this was so extreme that I had to let others know to avoid this dealership at all costs. By the way they also charged me $95 to tell me what I had all ready told them, that it was a bad O2 sensor. The service writer didn't seem to care that I was less than impressed with his service. After a full day of having our car, it was not ready for pickup after the inspection. They said they were still putting it back together. Called at least 3 times the following day to pick it up but got no response on its readiness. Finally went to the dealership and took our jeep back at the end of the second day. Drove 2 miles and had to return it. The oil pressure gauge registered 80 out of 80 and the engine was sputtering. It did not have this problem when we brought it in. All of their suggested repairs were minor things - change the wiper blades, additive to the fuel for lower temperatures, etc. If it does need repairs, I will be looking for a different dealership to do the work. Service department screwed me. GOT SCREWED HARD by this LHM dealership. Dropped my jeep off to fix a stalling issue. They kept it for four months. And finally "fixed" it. Got my jeep back and my windows were down, and you could see where it rained all in my jeep. No telling how long they kept my windows down. There was a family of spiders that made my jeep home. Paid 1100 dollars and waited four months to get my jeep back in a worst condition than it was before. The dealership will only refund me 200 for the labor cost. Regardless of the rain damage and my jeep still stalling. Thanks LHM, you're the best. Cough, cough.... So yeah, don't go to this dealership. More

Poor Service Center So, I went in on 7/5/17 for an oil change. I was told at that time that oil was all over the oil pan and it was leaking. I asked Zack how much it woul So, I went in on 7/5/17 for an oil change. I was told at that time that oil was all over the oil pan and it was leaking. I asked Zack how much it would cost for the repair. Frank replied, nothing as it is covered under my warranty. I asked if he was sure and he said that all gaskets were covered under the extended warranty I still have on the car. I scheduled an appointment for 7/10/17. I took my car in and it was discovered that the oil pan did have a leak. Frank called me at 12:43 and told me the amount to fix my car would be 172.50 plus the price of the gasket and taxes. I told him that I could get it cheaper somewhere else. He said ok and that my car was ready. I told him it would be a little better than an hour before I could come get it. When I went to pick it up, I was told that I needed to pay at least 100.00 for the deductible as the work was already preformed. I did not authorize this repair and do not know why I needed to pay anything. I ended up paying 50.00 for a service that I did not authorize. I have been dealing with this dealership for the past 5 years. In that time 3 cars/trucks have been purchased by my husband and my son. I have always had good service until today. At this point, I plan on writing a review and posting it for all to see. I do not believe I should have been treated poorly by both Frank or the service manage Darren. More

I mean actually poaching, as in this guy knew a customer was with someone else, and was trying to secretly steal a customer behind another sales person's back. Saying things like, "give me your number, and I'll come pick you up from that dealership. I'll even beat their price." Just doesn't seem like an honest way to earn a living if you ask me. And if that's what I see between staff or between other dealerships, I'd rather do business with someone that earns my trust up front rather than trying to steal me from another sales person or dealership. Jerry Gallegos is the guy who did this. Little did he know, I was a customer who was going to buy, but after overhearing that conversation, I took my business elsewhere, and hopefully you will do the same. More
They lied to me and pocketed my money When they sold me an "amazing" extended warranty, I felt like it should work as it was advertised. I tried to cancel it, but they hit me with hidden cancellation fees, basically pocketed 1/3 of my money (nearly $700). I tried to reason with the financing department, but they are too greedy, care less about the customer. I tried to solve it for three months, no they do not care about customer rights - if you deal with them, be ready to be sent to voicemail, promised to receive a call back for months, and then (if you are persistent enough) they just tell you "sorry" for pocketing you money!
