Downhill 1st visit to Millers was good, took care of my check engine light as well as other recalls on my 2015 Ram 3500. Found leaking gasket on rear differential and told me it would take 5 days to get it in. Ten days later recieved a call and scheduled an appointment. Five days after the phone call that the part was in, received an email stating that my part was in and to call an scedule an appointment, wow, talking about long lead time. Took my vehicle in 30 mins prior to scheduled time, 3 hours later, no word. Really, 3+ hours to change the differential gasket. Called to check on status and talked with Zak Erwin, he stated there was nothing in the system and would check on it, please hold on. 15 minutes later he picks up the phone, introduces himself and asked if he could help. I told him who I was and he told me good morning and asked how he could help me today, WOW. I explained to him who I was and why I was on the phone. He then stated, yea, I just checked on that and my truck should be completed after lunch, is that OK? What, 3+ hours for a gasket, you have my truck, and you ask me if thats OK. Now it is 1:30 and I am wondering when lunch is. Five plus hours to replace a gasket, still haven't recieved a call that it is complete. More

I went in with an idea of what I wanted and decided I couldn't afford it and left, I went back in to see what other options I had so that I didn't have to have my credit pulled a second time. After being lured in under false pretenses on what I could afford I was talked into something I didn't want, and then also had my credit pulled a second time ultimately affecting my credit score. After being told by the salesman to not answer the survey if I did not have a good experience, with everything else that happened I could not in good conscience not. I immediately got a call back and asked how they could resolve it. I told them I would like to have Bluetooth and a backup camera, since that's all I wanted in the first place. He said they would of course have to charge me for and that I would be getting another survey and to please give them a better rating. I took my car in to have the items installed and the cheapness of it was overwhelming and virtually unusable. I was waiting to take the second survey to see how this experience went, apparently it expired and he was very rude to me about it. I got home to see if there was a way to get out of paying nearly $400 a month for a car I hate and found that they added items to the sales contract that I did not want. I contacted the G.M. he argued with me and said I had gotten everything I asked for. I will never buy from Larry H. Miller again and I will ensure everyone that I know avoids them. More

He didn't try to over sale anything he was open and honest told us what we could and could get into. He also sent me a personal email on my birthday... We bought our car 5 months ago with bumper to bumper warranty.. we had to use our horn the other day and found out it doesn’t work.. the fuse is not blown.. I went to have them fix it and was told that I would have to pay 100.00 dollars diagnostic fee.. this is not right!!! The horn doesn’t work, what do they need to diagnos! The service guy for our oil change was excellent and the car was done in 30 minutes! More

Landon Witbeck and Mike the mechanic were phenomenal. Went in for a key fob issue and Landon immediately put it on a machine and determined it was okay. He then checked the navigation screen in the car an Went in for a key fob issue and Landon immediately put it on a machine and determined it was okay. He then checked the navigation screen in the car and it was correct. Landon drove us around to the shop where Mike quickly diagnosed a sensor problem. Issue was immediately fixed in about an hour as well as some recall work. Great employees and customer service. Thank you! More
Oil change, fluid check and tire rotation You do a great job getting customers in and serviced. My recommendation would be to figure out how to service larger jobs quicker. Your maintenance department told me a week before they could check it out. I went to another transmission shop and they saw me the same day ($4200 job). A couple of weeks ago I had a low oil pressure reading on the gauge. Maintenance department could not see me that day. I scheduled an appointment for several days later but between the time I called and appointment fixed it myself. The part was $50 so I imagine a couple of hundred dollar job. More
