Good work but poor customer service I took my car for an oil change. I had a 10am appointment. I arrived at 0950 and sat in my car for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The oil c I took my car for an oil change. I had a 10am appointment. I arrived at 0950 and sat in my car for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The oil change was completed at 1230. Two and a half hours for an oil change with a scheduled appointment is unreasonable and unacceptable. The dealer should not schedule more appointments than they can handle. I will return as I purchased 3 oil changes, but hope for a better experience next time. I was satisfied with the work that was done, but the customer experience was very poor. More
