Very disappointed I was referred to this dealership by a family member who had a positive experience. We went in and were greeted by a salesmen, and we told them exactl I was referred to this dealership by a family member who had a positive experience. We went in and were greeted by a salesmen, and we told them exactly what we wanted; an AWD sedan under 13000. We were shown a Hyundai Elantra that we were told was AWD, and it was just over our budget. We test drove the car and really loved it. We decided to hold off on buying the car, and I'm glad we did. I then texted him back week after the test drive and asked if the Elantra was still available. He took a while to respond so I looked on their website (which is really well organized and easy to manage). First of all, I was surprised that an Elantra was AWD so I did some digging and found out that the car was only FWD. I was pretty upset that I had been lied to, but we were still somewhat interested in buying the car. I then got a text response from our salesmen saying that it had actually sold but they had a Sonata that was a little more expensive but also AWD. I found out later that the Sonata was also only FWD so we were lied to again. I said that we weren't interested and almost immediatly he responded saying that there was a miscommunication and that the Elantra was actually still available. I was very upset at this point. I asked him about the Elantra being FWD and he said that since we had enjoyed the other features of the car, he thought we didn't care about it being AWD-- even though he had told us that both cars were AWD. After calling him out I told him we would go somewhere else to buy our car, and used the excuse of being a new employee. I don't know if we was a new salesmen to the dealership, but he was training another employee so I doubt it somewhat. The dealership itself was great, we just had a very bad experience with a salesmen. More

I won't be bringing my vehicle back, I was told it would be an hour It took 3 and I was waiting outside with my dog. These crooks sold me a set of prepaid oil changes. Never mentioned that they expire in one year and there was never any paperwork I was given with fine print starting that. I don’t drive a lot of miles and when I call this week to make an appt they me basically they are stealing my money. A. Manager was supposed to call to discuss. I was told that twice and it never happened. I learned a while back these people don’t return call. Now I find out they are thieves too. Never again will I set foot in their den of thievery. More

Very professional service when I checked in. It took less time than they estimated which was great. The only issue I had was they told me they would wash my vehicle and they didn’t. There was also a greasy h time than they estimated which was great. The only issue I had was they told me they would wash my vehicle and they didn’t. There was also a greasy hand print on my hood that I had to clean off when I got home. My Jeep is white so the hand print was very noticeable. Not sure why the technician wouldn’t have cleaned it off. More
