I had an excellent experience with McKay last week. I would go father and say I had the best experience EVER buying a vehicle. Never once asked me what I was thinking about financing . No questions about monthly payment expectations. Nope, not McKay. Maybe he sensed I didn’t want to have any of those questions. I test drove two Rams before I saw “the one” and I’m not sure I would have found it with him. His cool, calm demeanor was such a breath of fresh air at a dealership. When I needed the night to discuss the deal with my wife he said, “take your time, no rush.” I was surprised. I haven’t bought a vehicle in a while maybe the industry has changed or maybe McKay is just that awesome. I’m going with the latter. The deal was smooth with simple negotiations. I’m very happy with my purchase and the sales experience with McKay. I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone. I have to call out Jeremy, the finance manager, while I have a moment too. Jeremy is a super nice guy and didn’t try to shove a bunch of needless add-ons onto me. He understood what I needed and explained everything very well. Getting all the paperwork finalized, signed and squared away took maybe a little over an hour. We had an appointment to square it all away and Jeremy was ready to knock it out. I bought 4 new tires from Larry H Miller and had them I bought 4 new tires from Larry H Miller and had them installed on my truck. Included in this package was an alignment and balancing. When I picked up my truck, and started home, the vehicle had a vibration of unbalanced tires. I turned around and went back to the dealership. I met with Landon and told him what was going on. He advised me that the paperwork said they were balanced. I told him they didn't do it right because now my truck does not run smooth. He told me to leave it and they'd recheck it but I couldn't because I needed the truck and I'd bring it back the next day. When I brought it back, they checked it and called me to come back and pick it up. When I drove it home, it did the same thing as it did before, vibrating. They did not fix the problem, so now I have to take it elsewhere to see what's wrong. The tires were not cheap, the service was not good and I live 25-30 miles away which I had to make an unnecessary trip down to get a problem resolved or fixed which did not happened. My truck ran very smooth before getting the new tires. I now will have to take it elsewhere for service . More
