I just found out today that miller does not stand by their word I was promised 7 free oil changes when I bought my new jeep in 2020 I told the sales person I didn't drive much so that would last me abou their word I was promised 7 free oil changes when I bought my new jeep in 2020 I told the sales person I didn't drive much so that would last me about 14 years and he said yeah however when I took it in for service today for it's second oil change at 9400 miles it cost me $105 they told me that was only good for one year even though the sales person told it would carry on I understand why say not trust a salesman I am truly discussed as far as the service today it was good but I'm not a happy customer More
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ! !!! WORK PERFORMED WITHOUT COMMUNICATION. I had my vehicle in the shop back in November of 2022 for a check engine light. It was the diesel par !!! WORK PERFORMED WITHOUT COMMUNICATION. I had my vehicle in the shop back in November of 2022 for a check engine light. It was the diesel particulate sensor that was faulty. I was told that its under warranty but the parts are on back order. I followed up several time over the past 11 months to see if the part had arrived. I finally got ahold of the parts department a little over a week ago and he said they had 17 of them in Denver. He said he can get it here within a week and said to schedule an appointment for around the 27th and they can have it replaced under warranty. I then scheduled an appointment for the 27th and was told it wouldn't take more than an hour to replace it so I took a half day off work thinking I would be fine. Well, this is where it all fell apart.... I dropped off my truck and they said it will take a couple hours so they sent a Uber to take me home. I received a link to see the progress but after 6 hours the status had not changed as of 2:15. I messaged for a update and at 2:21 was told the shop foremen is going out to check on it. I was told the tech was behind on other stuff but its almost done at 2:59. One minute later I got a message at 3:00 that it was ready for pickup. I arrived to pickup my truck and they presented me an invoice for $769.88. I told them I was told by Zac Burrows and the parts department it was covered under the emissions warranty and there was not a cost to replace it. Taris Clark said she entered it into her system and it is not covered, she then said and that's why Zac is no longer with them... I'm UPSET with the fact that NO ONE contacted me stating that it is not covered under warranty, nor did anyone contact me on what the cost is to replace the part. What kind of business does work on a vehicle without communicating with THE CUSTOMER to review the cost and to get APPROVAL to do the work. I told Taris this is not right, her response was your going to have to pay for it to get your vehicle back from us. Sadly I had to get back to work so I ended up paying the bill. What other option did I have at this point, loose my job.... Another sad note is that the part itself, purchased directly from Chrysler is only $342.00. This has been the WORST experience I have ever had with a dealership. I will never be going back to this shop and I certainty will let everyone know of my experience so they don't get taken advantage of like I did. More
My experience with the dealership was outstanding and they did everything right as far as pricing and customer service. Even when my original order was interrupted due to unforeseen circumstances they k they did everything right as far as pricing and customer service. I write this review to try and help others in avoiding what I and obviously others have been going through in the service department at this dealership. I scheduled an appointment on May 28th for a leaki what I and obviously others have been going through in the service department at this dealership. I scheduled an appointment on May 28th for a leaking power steering line. That should be covered by my extended warranty. After dropping off the vehicle to Jason (service advisor) later that day I called to see what the diagnosis was. I was told that it would need to be repaired and could have it done the following day for $1023.00. I then told them it should be covered under warranty. He said he would check on that and would need authorization from the warranty company. The next day I called again and Jason told me it takes 24-48 hours to for authorization and that Monday he would know. On Monday he said they were still waiting for authorization. So I called the warranty company and was informed, no claim has been submitted. I called back and spoke to Darren about the issues and the lying. He said he would take care of it and have my vehicle done by Friday. That did not happen! In fact Jason now tells me that they are now waiting on parts. But when I speak to Darren they have the parts but no available technicians to do the job at this time. And would be a couple more days. After countless hours on hold, no response back from their texting system, and total being lied to. I picked up my chrysler on June 30th. I will add that they charged the warranty company for a alignment. But on way home it was pulling extremely hard to the right side. I scheduled a alignment with a tire shop the next day and they couldn't believe how off it was coming from a dealership that just supposedly did an alignment. Please take my advice and drive to another dealership the riverdale LHM service center has become a nightmare for many customers as of lately! More
Rude receptionist kept me on hold over 45 min when I asked to speak to manager or service tech. regarding my truck. My truck was kept for two days and I received a text saying they could not find anything wrong so I called and wanted to speak to someone. I was kept on hold 10-15 min before being disconnected so I called back. I requested to speak to a manager or service tech and I was told they were with other customers. I was then placed on hold 37 min. This receptionist became argumentative and confrontational after I told her I didn't want to speak to her regarding the truck. When a representative did talk to me he was informative and helpful. this incident left a very bad impression after the receptionist treated me the way she did, very unprofessional. I refuse to give my money to any business who treats a customer like this so I'm taking my business to another dealership. Unsatisfied Customer RC More
