Lh Miller Riverdale service department seems to have än issue with communication. You won't know the status of your vehicle until you get tired of waiting for an update. And even then, most likely, you'll issue with communication. You won't know the status of your vehicle until you get tired of waiting for an update. And even then, most likely, you'll be promised a call back because your "advisor" is not available. That call back won't happen either. So you'll have to keep calling back until you happen to get lucky with an update. More
Made appointment for oil change at 11 am. Took over 2 hours. When text with question of when it would be done never heard back. I had to find someone at the 2 hour mark because the update kep Took over 2 hours. When text with question of when it would be done never heard back. When I asked if I had an appointment at 11 and was told it would be an hour to hour and half why wasn't it done? I was told they don't really do appointments so it doesn't matter what time I got there and people after me left before me. So I am guessing they pick and choose who they take in what order. I am sure kicking myself for signing up for the maintenance plan, make appointments and still takes 2 to 3 hours for an oil change. On the form they gave me last time said I needed some fluids changed. Haven't done that yet but nothing said this time. So I guess they don't need to be replaced. The form also states time promised was 6pm. When asked about that I was told they can't change the time to what you are actually told. Sad they can't change their own forms. More
Came in on a scheduled appointment, the scheduled person refused to check me in, i believed her name was Taris and was given to Jason, which he was busy as well. I was told by Jason, that it might take several hours to all day and would i.like a ride home. Stated I would stay, had a horrible experience with doing your rides. I texted Ken, person to contact for current info on appointment. I stated I came in on time for scheduled appointment and would appreciate prompt service. A couple hours later. Service was done, however had a bill of over $340.00. I was not happy. We had an extended warranty which should of covered all costs. I told the person that i should of been notified of lack of coverage prior to the work being done. Which i wasn't. I had to have the person re-look at coverage. Came to find out manufacturer warranty had expired. Which we were not given notice on, the extended warranty has a $100 deductible, which we were unaware of as well. I should have been notified of all this prior to service. After everything, the bill came to just over $80.00. I dont understand that even with extended warranty which was added to the price of our purchase, when we bought my truck, our bill is still not covered, plus there were parts needed to be replaced, because the clips were broken when replacing the tubing, which should be covered as these clips weren't broke prior to replacing the tubing. We should not have to cover the cost of the clips, when it was your technician that broke them in the first place. I am not a satisfied customer. I told the person before I left, that ever since the Miller family sold the business, everything has gone down hill. We will not be buying another vehicle from here again. More
Went in for an oil change, they let me know of a critical issue regarding my car via text message an hour after I had already left. The parts department could not look up any info on my tires to give me a quote even though I had purchased them previously from Larry H. Miller in Riverdale. The man behind the desk didn't seem interested in helping so I left and went directly to Les Schwab where their service was amazing. You lost an easy sell this week. More
