After the 21 point inspection I did agree to getting the brake replaced with a safety repair which helped account for a bit of the time. However after I left I got home and when I restarted the vehicle I noticed the there was an error message on the dash stating that my right rear brake light was not working. After I scheduled an appoint for the repair as the agent was driving my truck back to the technicians the brake light was operating. I was a little upset cause I made an appt but your service rep said it may take a couple of hours that is unacceptable. Please get some lazy boy chairs and some of the massage chairs like at the mall for the waiting area . Just a suggestion.
