I had to have my vehicle towed to Larry Miller because it would not start January 3rd. I was told they could not look at it for 2 weeks. The next day I get a call with the diagnosis. Hmmm, thought they coul would not start January 3rd. I was told they could not look at it for 2 weeks. The next day I get a call with the diagnosis. Hmmm, thought they couldnt work on it for 2 weeks? After diagnosis of the problem I was told by Ashton that the rental from Enterprise that I had to get would be covered under warranty. Enterprise charged my credit card for the first week. Tried to get the reimbursement from them that I was told I would get and they refused. Went to Larry Miller to pick up my vehicle and in person I was told again by Ashton and the Service Manager Darrin Erwin that I would be reimbursed by Enterprise or Larry Miller would write me a check. Received a call from Ashton that I should receive the reimbursement in a couple of days and to call her back if I dont. I still have yet to see this reimbursement from either party. I have texted Ashton on several occasions with no response back and called trying to reach Ashton or Darrin. I am put on hold for 30-45 mins and no one picks up. Still nothing in response to this issue. Will I ever receive a call back? Will I ever be reimbursed? It is now January 29th. People don't have time for this nonsense and waiting on hold for extended periods of time. Don't tell someone you are going to take care of them if you are not. Very very poor customer service. I have had nothing but trouble with this vehicle and this Dealership. More

I was happy with my salesman Erick at first. Then i found out that they lied to me about my trade in. Wanted to low ball me saying it’s a convertible and winter is coming! Do not buy through Christopher Yee! From the moment I walked in he was nothing but disrespectful! Any question I had was met with a snide remark. After spending a lot of time there discussing my trade in and vehicle options, they ultimately told me that the internet price was a mistake and that the discounts/incentives were $3000 less than advertised!! Is this false advertising just to get people into the dealership? Very unprofessional, unethical, and borderline illegal! Another validation of why people have bad impressions of auto dealerships. Using the internet is quite an egregious way of baiting customers! More
