Things seemed OK when making the deal. When got home, there was strange paint on my bumper that looked like touch-up paint. Spoke to salesperson, dealership looked at it. Spoke with the GSM who acted like I was an idiot for not just taking lacquer thinner to the paint. Sorry, that wouldn't have been my first choice. They kept my car for 6 days in order to try to correct some manufacturer defects, but I honestly can't tell what has been done. My only option is to re-paint the bumper, but having had work done at an LHM collision center before, I wouldn't trust them. When I worked out financing, I said I wanted to finance with 1 of 2 credit unions UNLESS they could find me a better rate. I wish I had done some research before going down to the dealership. They set up my loan with a company called Gateway One Lending & Finance. When the called to ask me a few questions, I felt like I was going through the 2nd inquisition. I then realized my credit union had a lower rate. GSM's response is that the credit union makes you "jump through hoops" on the customer end (is 2 paycheck stubs jumping through hoops?) and they are slow funding loans (sorry, they are only slow if the dealership does not submit paperwork in a timely manner). So, the financing company was picked to the dealership's benefit, not mine. I do have to take part responsibility because I didn't research before going down and trusted them. On top of that, the car was delivered with the transmission fluid being 1/2 quart low, and when I got my plates they spelled my name wrong.... also, the world's grumpiest receptionist was working when I went in to pick up my plates (I interrupted her from reading the newspaper). Not the worst dealership, but I definitely wouldn't buy a car from them again. We won't even go into how much they hound the customer over the survey from GM... More

We were pleased that when you found out about promising us the 18" wheels that you were willing to make that exchange. Also, it was our fault that we didn't understand that we were not getting a sunroof a us the 18" wheels that you were willing to make that exchange. I put a call in that I would be coming by and needed a car right away. I arrived late in the day to receive the Red Carpet Treatment. Everyone knew who I was when I arrived. They were all genuinely friendly, ready and eager to help me get what I wanted and needed without "selling" me anything. When they didn't have exactly what I wanted on their lot, they found it at another dealer and had it there for me before I would have believed. Pretty tough to beat that. Definitely a class act! More

Our sales person, John Humphreys, was very attentive to our needs, questions, and concerns (and we had a lot). John was extremely knowledgeable about the Chevrolet product and the safety and convenience fe our needs, questions, and concerns (and we had a lot). My wife and I literally spent a total of 12 hours at the dealership in the two days it took us to make up our minds and then complete the purchase process. We knew we wanted either a Suburban or a Tahoe and we knew we wanted the Z71 package but could not agree on a color combination. We went back and forth on the Tahoe and Suburban, as well as several color combinations. John was extremely patient and personable during the whole process. Not too pushy, but a good salesman helping us make up our minds. We were also very impressed with the facility, including the lube bays and the service/repair center. We will be taking the vehicle there for all of service. Mark Cooper, the finance specialist who helped us was also very professional and we felt comfortable with him going over our finances.
