Our visit was very nice. We were assisted immediately. We had a rough time scheduling this service because we live so far away but they provided a rental car and we stayed in the city for the night. Ralph called us the first evening and told us the status of the car and that we could expect it on time the following day. It was as promised. I think the only thing that could have made the transaction smoother would be that they bring the car we were supposed to rent so that we only had to transfer the personal items to spend the night and then let us drop our personal things off at the dealership before returning the rental. This again, would have saved transferring the personal items only once. But all in all, it was a very pleasant experience and I was very satisfied with the service team.
