The integrity of this dealership is much lower than 0. They advertise that they will match any other offer for your car.. not that they will try to match it, or probably match it but that they WILL match They advertise that they will match any other offer for your car.. not that they will try to match it, or probably match it but that they WILL match it and even have a huge banner hanging up in front of their front doors but when you bring in an offer to match they make up excuses not to honor it. My car was worth, in BlueBook over 23K, Carmax offered 21K and this dealership would only offer 19.5K despite what Carmax said and refused to budge they didn't care at all about the customer. All I can say is dont make promises that you refuse to keep, and i suggest they take that sign down and stop telling people that they will match offers. I have never been so disappointed in my life and what is worse is that they knew the disappointing experiences that I have had at other dealerships and promised once again that I will not leave their lot disappointed and they will bend over backwards for me BULLS*** What a joke More
WE PURCHACED A USED CAR FROM LHM USED CAR SALES LAST OCT. WE PURCHACED A USED CAR FROM LHM USED CAR SALES LAST OCT. AFTER RESEARCHING THE CAR AFTER THE PURCHACE WE FOUND THAT THE CAR WAS VERY OVERPRICED FOR WE PURCHACED A USED CAR FROM LHM USED CAR SALES LAST OCT. AFTER RESEARCHING THE CAR AFTER THE PURCHACE WE FOUND THAT THE CAR WAS VERY OVERPRICED FOR WHAT WE PAID. PART OF THE SALES DEAL WAS THAT LHM USED CARS WOULD PAY OFF OUR EXISTING BALANCE OWED ON OUR TRADE IN. IT TOOK LHM USED CARS OVER 90 DAYS TO PAY ON THE LOAN, RESULTING IN LATE FEES & NEGITIVE REPORTS ON OUR CREDIT. WHEN I CONTACTED LHM USED CARS I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS NORMAL FOR THEM TO TAKE THAT LONG. THEN THEY NEVER EVEN PAYED OFF THE ENTIRE BALANCE THAT WAS LESS THAN THEY ALLOWED FOR THE TRADE IN. WHEN I CONFRONTED THE SALES MANAGER AT LHM USED CARS ABOUT THE EXISTING BALANCE HE LOOKED UP MY TRADE IN PRICE AND AGREED THAT THEY WOULD PAY THE REST OF THE LOAN OFF. I AGREED TO PAY OFF THE BALANCE { BECUASE IT WOULD TAKE THEM ANOTHER 90 DAYS } AND SEND THE RECIEPT TO THEM, YOU GUESSED IT THEY GOT MY RECIEPT AND I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN EVEN AFTER SEVERAL CALLS TO THE DEALERSHIP AND WAS TOLD THAT THE PERSON WE NEEDED TO TALK TO WAS BUSY AND WOULD CALL RIGHT BACK.. AND WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THEIR RETURN CALL OR OUR REMBIRSMENT CHECK. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE AND I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM ANY LHM DEALERSHIP. I would also not recommend this dealership - certainly not their service department. We had an issue with our fuel pump that should have been 100% covered by our extended warranty. They were told about our extended warranty, given the contact info of where we purchased our vehicle originally, and even had in their possession a copy of our warranty contract with the warranty company's contact info. We were told repeatedly that it wasn't covered and since we were stranded without the vehicle we paid the bill in full. Then we immediately got the warranty info that was in our vehicle and called the warranty company and were told that it should have been 100% covered by the warranty. We asked for a refund and their service manager Rick Stubbs, flat out denied it stating that HE doesn't want his department's money tied up waiting for the warranty company to reimburse him. What?! That is the relationship between their department and the warranty company - that is why it exists. I have no doubt that the reason I was repeatedly lied to by Rick Stubbs and his staff is because it is his personal policy to STEAL the money from the customers up front so his department isn't waiting for their refund. When I spoke with him over the phone he yelled at me, was extremely patronizing, and acted like an all around @$$. When I made a complaint Thomas Thorpe sent me an e-mail stating "I think Rick Stubbs went well above his duty." From what I've seen this entire dealership doesn't have a clue what their duty is! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!! More
I would NOT recommend visiting this dealer and/or working with this employee. I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service provided to me when working with this individual and dealership--I was ha with this employee. I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service provided to me when working with this individual and dealership--I was hassled when being uncomfortable giving them information to run a credit report, was not given written pricing information as requested, and was told we could not discuss cost until I was "serious" about purchasing a vehicle. As a young female, I felt taken advantage of and would never work with this dealer or recommend them again. More
