I brought my car in for service for an ongoing issue that was covered by my extended warranty company. This resulted in me paying more than one deductible for the service. Carlos, knowing that this has been was covered by my extended warranty company. This resulted in me paying more than one deductible for the service. Ron Franklin was by far the best sales person I dealt with in all the dealerships I visited in the Salt Lake valley. He was the most knowledgable about the Cruze and could answer questions without runnin with in all the dealerships I visited in the Salt Lake valley. He was the most knowledgable about the Cruze and could answer questions without running off to find the answers from somebody else unlike the other places we visited. In addition, Ron was straight forward and honest with his answers and made no promises he could not keep. When Ron gave me the keys for a test drive and did not act like he was worried about me stealing the car, a trust was established immediatly and no other sales person even came close on this. I also appreciated that Ron never pressured and pestered me to death even though he knew I was out shopping other dealerships, he was confident with what he was selling and had the patience to let me figure it out. Rons' best quality came out after we had made our purchase, with a sincere concern and patience, he took time to show and explain the many features and workings of the car to my wife and made sure she was confident before she drove the car off the lot.
