I had been looking at used cars for quite s few months. I just wasn't finding one I felt comfortable with, after having had a few bad used car purchases. My vehicle had an area on the gear shift that was warped/defective. The new part was ordered and at the time of installation it was found to be the wrong part. Tom also gave me a follow-up phone call to ensure that everything was satisfactory. I appreciate that Tom took the time to provide updates about my replacement part's arrival rather than waiting for me to follow up. I also appreciate that there was a phone call to make sure I was happy with the service. More
