vehicle maintenance I got a 4 point inspection, an oil change, a plate light, and my window fixed, my window was giving issues when I got the car, I said something to my I got a 4 point inspection, an oil change, a plate light, and my window fixed, my window was giving issues when I got the car, I said something to my sales rep and then said something to maintenance department, I was charged for that to fixed when I noted problem when I got the car. than I paid 50$ for a plate light that I was told I would be pulled over for by the police since it was out. after talking to state troopers in RI and MA they said I would not be pulled over or cited for it. I lost trust in the langway staff and for that I will not be going back there. I would have been charged over 200$ for all of this work to have been done. than they quoted me 460$ for brakes to be done. well over priced when Midas, Monroe and KIA all had me quoted less than 200$ for rear brakes. I will be going elsewhere for service from now on. More

Outstanding Service This is one of the best service departments and dealership I have been to and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. They take the time to explain what is required and then do the service efficiently and effectively. I have never had an issue with this dealership, whether it be the sales, parts or service department. I also have a Murano that is serviced at the Nissan dealership next door. I have been doing the service there since the dealership opened and have received the same quality service from their department as well. I have recommended this dealership to friends and family and, juts recently, my daughter and son-in-law just purchased a new Pathfinder from them as well. Both service centers are cleaned very night, which provides a clean and safe environment for any maintenance that is done to your car. The waiting rooms are very comfortable with coffee, snaks and water provided for free while you wait for the work to be done. They also wash and vacuum the cars after the work is completed at no charge. Other dealerships I have been to want to charge extra for that service. So, quality work, done by professionals as well as perks for the customer make visiting Langway a pleasure. More

Great service center! Great waiting room, coffee, water, donuts, wifi, comfortable chairs, and a flat screen tv. Basically, nicer than your doctor's office.
