Outstanding Service Department and Dealership Brought my wife's Prius in around noon on a Saturday (did not have an appointment) for an inspection (State). Service writer (Ivan) was very accommodating and answered any and all questions and the vehicle was inspected and I was out of there within an hour. This dealership is by far the most outstanding car dealership I have ever dealt with and I recommend them to anyone one whether you are buying a car or getting one services. They also wash and vacuum the car once the service is completed. I was surprised they were able to do the wash on such a cold day as it was this past Saturday, so when I saw they had done just that, I asked if I could bring my Nissan back to get it washed as well (I get that vehicle serviced at their Nissan side) since the machine had not been working properly the past weekend when I brought the Nissan in for an oil change. Not a problem. Since I live pretty close I went home and swapped cars and they washed and vacuumed my Murano as well. Like I stated above, one of if not the best dealership I have ever dealt with in all the time I have owned cars (since the 1970's). Kudos to all! More

vehicle maintenance I got a 4 point inspection, an oil change, a plate light, and my window fixed, my window was giving issues when I got the car, I said something to my I got a 4 point inspection, an oil change, a plate light, and my window fixed, my window was giving issues when I got the car, I said something to my sales rep and then said something to maintenance department, I was charged for that to fixed when I noted problem when I got the car. than I paid 50$ for a plate light that I was told I would be pulled over for by the police since it was out. after talking to state troopers in RI and MA they said I would not be pulled over or cited for it. I lost trust in the langway staff and for that I will not be going back there. I would have been charged over 200$ for all of this work to have been done. than they quoted me 460$ for brakes to be done. well over priced when Midas, Monroe and KIA all had me quoted less than 200$ for rear brakes. I will be going elsewhere for service from now on. More
