Helpful, never condescending and always willing to work out a schedule to get the job done. The next best staff there are in the Parts Dept, Tony and Scott have been most helpful in sourcing difficult parts and at a very fair price for a dealership. There have been a few technicians who worked on the vehicle over the years, unfortunately I have forgotten their names. Even though I have occasionally been slightly disappointed by some minor issue or other, they have always tried to rectify the matter as promptly as possible with out further ado. This is a first class outfit and recommend it with out reservations. More

In a service-based economy, most businesses seem to be missing the mark with the "service" and focusing on their own economy! NOT LANGWAY! These guys are the real-deal. Case in point: Brought my 2010 Scion in a few weeks ago to have the clutch checked. Langway put it up on the lift, checked it out, verified all was in working order with no repairs needed, and called me a couple of hours later to say it was finished. When I came back, they returned my car to me, free of charge, and they even washed and vacuumed it! Wow! So I continue to bring both my 2014 Sienna and the Scion in for regular service (just had an oil change today, 4/11/2017) because I know its going to be done right, I know I won't be charged for unnecessary work, and I get my car back on time and clean!!! More

Could be better Went in to purchase a used Chevrolet at this Toyota dealership. The deal started out good, a test drive and usual car talk. The dealer (Kyle) was frie Went in to purchase a used Chevrolet at this Toyota dealership. The deal started out good, a test drive and usual car talk. The dealer (Kyle) was friendly and always made sure if I was comfortable and if I needed anything. The problems started with the paperwork. I was told that I would have to contact my auto insurance agent separately to add the car to my plan. This is not typically done, as the insurance agent needs the dealer number and other information in order for the vehicle to be added onto the plan. Kyle ended up dealing with the insurance agent with an annoyed tone. The trade in value for my car was also much lower than the blue book value and I pointed this out to them, I was told the owner would not go any lower. Sign of the economy perhaps. Finally, the vehicle registration never arrived on time like I was told it would. It ended up being over a week late in the mail after continuous delays and lies of saying it was sent out earlier. Eventually, I managed to coerce them into sending an email copy to print out. A few days after the purchase, I discovered the heat did not work in the car and I was told to head toward their Chevrolet dealership in a totally different state (in which Langway Newport initially gave me the wrong town name and I had to find it myself) and that I wasn't allowed to take it in to an authorized Chevrolet dealer closer to me instead. This is a bit of a disservice considering its an over 2 hour drive to either of their own dealerships. Fortunately, the guys at the Chevrolet dealer were very helpful and solved the problem. Due to the paperwork hassles and the large amount of lies, I would find a better place to buy your car. If you are a haggler however, this may be your kind of culture. It wasn't for me. More
